Prompt 1

"And here we are." Haze grinned widely. "The Cerulean Thicket your majesty." She did a quick little bow, hoping she wasn't coming off as rude. Her teammates got on her about that sort of thing a lot. Pachy did give her a quick glance so maybe she was being too much.

Thankfully Natasha didn't seem to mind, to busy looking around at their blue hued surroundings. "Is there a reason everything is blue?" She asked gaze still looking around the trees.

"Well..." Tremor hummed. "I-it's uh an effect of the dungeon. I don't think anyone knows for sure why it happens." He tapped his claws together. "Maybe someone will look into it someday."

Natasha hummed, seemingly satisfied with the answer. "Mrrr, is there a reason you brought me here? You seemed rather insistent it was here." She flicked her tail, smile still firmly on her face, as she glanced at the team. It was clear she wasn't judging, it was simply curiosity.

"This is where we all became a team!" Snowdrop started before anyone else could. "We come back here a lot to train to, so it's super special to our team."

"Mraaaw. How kind of you to bring me to some place so special to you all!" Natasha gave them all a large smile.

"We want to make sure you feel welcomed to Coldour." Pachy gave her a small smile. "So why not some place like this?"

"Plus, I have no doubt you'll get familiar with all the stuff the capital has to offer and stuff eventually anyway." Haze waved a hand. "We can start by showing you somewhere more exciting." She shot the delcatty fusion a grin.

"Of course we can still... uh you know show you around the capital later." Tremor nodded once more tapping his claws together in a nervous gesture. Honestly Haze really wished she could instill some more confidence in her partner, but that would take time. He'd gotten a lot better since the two had formed Team Discovery at least. Haze would just have to keep working with him, and have the others help too of course.

The group led Natasha around the dungeon for a while, pointing out specific spots that had meaning to them, or just interesting landmarks they'd found during all the time they spent here. Natasha took in all the information with rapt attention, asking questions occasionally. It was nice and Haze and Pachy only had to sneak off a couple times to ward off nearby feral pokemon. It was unlikely that they were going to attack, but all them them sort of figured showing Natasha one of Coldour's largest problems right after arriving wasn't a great idea. No need to ruin the queen's birthday with the mild horror of the reality of feral pokemon after all.

Eventually the group decided to stop for lunch. Tremor grinned as he pulled the food they'd packed out of one of the bags he carried. While typically the team only brought simple food when they went into a dungeon, apples and the like, they decided that today they could be slightly more fancy. It was a bit of a struggle as none of Team Discovery were very culinary inclined but they hoped that what they'd made was at least palatable. They had gotten some help from some of the other guild members too so that should increase their chances. Pachy and Snowdrop started to help arrange the sandwiches they'd made, the easier part, and then the berry tarts they'd managed to put together with a lot of help. Thankfully there were kind pokemon at the guild who were far better at baking than them. They'd only managed to set one batch on fire before someone had stepped in to help.

While the rest of her team set up Haze kept an eye out. Both to make sure Natasha was ok, though Haze did feel like the delcatty fusion could defend herself if needed, and to make sure no feral pokemon got too close. Food sometimes seemed to draw them in. Haze frowned as she watched a feral sneasel slink in the shadows of the trees nearby. They weren't trying to approach, perhaps they were aware that they didn't stand a chance. Tremor, despite his demeanor, did make for an intimidating presence. That helped keep a lot of the less bold feral pokemon away.

"Are you alright?" Haze nearly jumped at the sound of Natasha's voice. When had she..?

Taking a deep breath Haze nodded and let a lazy smirk cover up her previous frown. "I'm fine. Food's almost ready, you should go enjoy yourself."

Natasha looked like she wanted to say something else but didn't. Instead she smiled and walked around behind Haze and gently started headbutting her towards the food. "Only if you come and enjoy it as well, mraa. I would hate it if all my hosts didn't join me."

Haze was caught off guard so she just let it happen. Eventually she simply started walking on her own. "Very well, only because the queen commands it." Haze gave her a teasing look and a much more genuine grin.

"Please, I told you to just call me Tasha. Now, let's eat." Natasha nodded towards the food, and well how could she argue with that?
