Terms of Service

General

The finished commissions will be sent by ToyHouse or gmail; jpg format + version without background (if requested). + credit panel (if you want to give me credit on your social media I would really appreciate it!)

¬I have full rights over art.

¬I require payment once the sketch is finished. I will not continue your commission until payment has been sent.

¬You can post my completed commissions with proper credit.

¬It may take between 1-2 weeks to finish your drawing, but remember that if you are still on the waiting list it may take longer.

¬The art you receive will have a watermark.

¬The commissions published by me will have a watermark on my social networks.

¬I only work with my style. I don't work with other artists' styles.

¬You can ask for updates. I don't charge for showing updates.

¬I do not make changes once the commission has been completed.

¬Remember that I am not only working with you, I am working with more clients like you so I can tend to be late at times, once a month has passed you can ask for a refund but if I have started your commission you will not be able to ask for a refund.

¬I cannot give an estimated time but I always try to complete commissions within 1-2 weeks but if you are on a waiting list it can be extended to 4-5 weeks but please note that sometimes it may take longer.

¬If you can't be patient/wait for time, please choose NOT to commission me.

¬If you are not patient or do not have confidence that I will complete your commission, do not buy art from me. I have made multiple commissions over the years and I will NOT scam you and will never scam you, you will get away with your money, ghost, etc. You can always ask for updates and contact me for your commission.

¬Please don't assume I won't finish it, rude things, etc. It bothers me to see people assuming these things just because I take my time.

¬I always take my time to make commissions. If you still want to commission me knowing all this, that is totally your decision that you made yourself and I am 0 responsible for any inconvenience you may cause.

¬If you ask me for a refund, please give me at least 24 hours to respond to your message.

¬You are free to contact me for changes or if you want to add something to your commission.

¬The size of the canvas you receive will depend on the commission you have chosen.

¬Remember, you can ask me for a specific size when your commission is about to start, even once the sketch it's done.

¬I will not change the size once your commission after the sketch or if it's already finished.

¬If you have any problem sending the commission: gmail/th is working badly, you didn't receive the gmail/th, etc. Please contact me and I will try to fix it, if you receive the commission and you do not notify me of these types of situations I will assume that everything was fine and you received the commission. .

Commissions

¬Do not send payment until I confirm your commission.

¬If I don't feel I can do your commission, I have the right to reject it.

¬If I don't respond to your direct message it's probably because my commissions are closed, I might be busy or I'm working with another commission, I'm NOT ignoring you.

¬If you don't send me payment within 48 hours after I accept your commission I will give the slot to someone else.

¬If you don't want me to tag you or post your commission, let me know and I won't.

*If you do not warn me that you do not want me to publish your commission, I will think that everything is fine and I will publish it on my social networks, I am not responsible if you did not warn me.

¬Once I've posted it, you can ask me to take it down, as long as you do so respectfully.

Copyright

As the artist I can:

¬Publish the finished commission giving you credit, promote me anywhere.



As a commissioner you can:

¬Republish the commission on other sites giving me credit, print the commission, make merchandising only for personal use and not for sale or use it for the decoration of your social networks.



You're not allow to:

¬Change, modify, trace without my permission, take credit for the art and remove the watermark.

Way to pay

I only accept PayPal or Ko-Fi.

*PayPal payments will only be accepted in USD.

I require full payment to begin your commission.

I will add you to my to-do list once you have submitted payment and the information is given.

You can tip me if you think I've done a good job.

If you are commissioning me, you are automatically accepting my T.O.S. Any statement may be required to change if discussed with me.

Adopts Information

Terms of Service

General

The Adopts you receive will have a watermark.

If you want a version without a background of the Adopt it will be sent but with a watermark (if I discover that you have removed the watermark it will be sent to my blacklist).

All the adopts that I sell are my property, created by myself, I largely refrain from selling adopts that I acquired from other people.

The adopt that you have received can be exchanged, gifted and resold.

If you get an exclusive adopt, you cannot give it away or exchange it, but you can resell it (those adopts usually cost me a lot of time or have a lot of art, so I would like them to be well taken care of <3).

If they are Adopts Mecha, you can exchange and resell but for a higher price than the purchased one. (For me, mechas cost me a lot of time since robotic components are not my thing so I will not accept less).

If it is an Adopt of some closed species it will only be your property, I consider them exclusive adopts so I will not accept anything from resale, exchange or gift.

If you have purchased a closed species for someone else you must first notify me that it is not for you so that I can have proof.

Any breach of these will be sent to the Black List.
