A Star Stained Love
A poem between two characters
“A Star-Stained Love”
Snow Falling,
Yet Her Eyes Have Me Thralling
Exhaling, Maw Numb Like Novacane
Eyes Glittering, Constellations Taking My Breath Away
Love Dearest,
I Can’t Focus On The Snow
For,
No Sky, Nor Mountain, Nor Sea
Could Ever Foresee
Laughs, Gentle Like Bells And Sparrows
Eyes, Luxurious As The Finest Golds Adorned By Pharaohs
Pay Attention, She Insists
I Simply Cannot, I Persist
The Glittering Of Snow,
The Late Night Show,
The Constellations That Grow,
The Sapphires And Diamonds That Glow
Breathe.
Any Brilliant Display, Supernova, Or Planet Could Never Rival Your Gaze
It Has Me In Shambles, Leaving Me In A Star-Struck Daze
The Weight Of Your Stare Leaves My Mind In A Haze
Maneuvering The World Without Your Eyes Is Like A Maze
Lost; Without A Trace.
Without You, My Existence Is Obsolete; Irrelevant
