"Are you... alright?" Kazoku moved to sit next to Shatter.

Shatter took a deep breath. It had certainly been... an interesting past few days. The whole situation with those flowers had certainly only made things worse. He'd only just managed to introduce Kazoku to his new... guests. "I've been... better." He turned to her, a tired look in his eyes.

She gave him a sympathetic look. "I can relate." Her gaze was faraway and Shatter didn't think he'd ever seen her so tired.

"Are you... alright?" Shatter hesitantly asked.

"I'm trying to figure some stuff out. I'm just..." Kazoku slumped. "There's some stuff happening that I never expected." She glanced at him. "I told you about my brother. I think... he might be here somehow. It's messing with me quite a bit."

"That's understandable." Was all Shatter could really say to that. "Have you tried talking to him yet?"

"Not yet." She frowned. "I want to but I don't think I'm ready yet."

"Whenever you're ready I'm sure he'll be happy to talk to you." Shatter awkwardly patted her on the back.

She leaned against him and he felt her shiver. "Thank you Shatter."

He stiffened in surprise. "You're... welcome."
