The Spring Festival features a blooming of colour and flowers, show your character exploring the new growth.

The new scents of spring were everywhere around her. Dovey could smell the freshly cute grass, the sweet scent coming from blooming flowers, as well as the fruity smell coming from the Spring Festival. She knew there were multiple katragoons selling over there and couldn't wait to try the novelty of this year. As she walked down the moss path to the main place where the Spring Festival took place, Dovey took some time to admire the surrounding nature. She loved flowers and seeing so many buds and tiny sprouts made her extremely happy. She leaned forward to smell the daffodils more closely. They were her favorite flowers, and they had begun to bloom a few days ago. She was enjoying their bright yellow color which reminded her of the warm summer sun when something moved on the side of her vision. She quickly moved her head and almost bumped into a white and green katragoon with leaves stuck to their pelt. The yellow stones on their spines had the same color as the daffodils in front of Dovey.

- Sorry I didn't see you there! I was looking at-

- at the daffodils. They're especially pretty this year, and their scent is really strong, said the green katragoon with a slight smile.

Dovey blushed and tried to play it off by waving her paw in front of her face, as if it were too hot. The white and green katragoon sat down next to Dovey and didn't say a word, admiring the daffodils too. Dovey was so curious about this stranger that she couldn't help but peep at them from time to time. The green foliage above their heads was moving lazily with the breeze, and a leaf fell on Dovey's shoulder. A white tail brushed it off, and the other katragoon leaned on Dovey's side.

- I'm the one who grew these daffodils, my name is Fani. I took care of more plants or flowers you can see at the festival, even if I prefer poisonous ones, chuckled Fani.

- Poisonous flowers, uh? I wonder what they look like. Is there any here? asked Dovey.

- Of course not, it would be too dangerous. They're quite pretty despite their poisonous nature, but not as beautiful as you are.

Dovey's cheeks started to burn. She could feel her whole face turning red. Music started echoing around them, coming from the Spring Festival. She could hear laughter as the music stopped and then started again. She didn't want to leave this moss path, nor did she want to leave Fani's side. It felt nice here. They were now facing each other, and even if Dovey was taller than Fani, she couldn't help but feel terribly small.

- I think I saw some coreopsis earlier, do you want to go check them out with me? I love yellow flowers, they warm up my heart and reminds me of the sun, whispered Dovey with apprehension in her voice.

- I'd love to go see them with you. I didn't quite catch your name, what is it? asked Fani with a warm smile.

- I'm Dovey.
