Book Thief

“Khadgar! Give it back!” A young night elf shouted, trying to reach high for a book. “For Elune’s sake, just give it back! It’s my favorite Starseeker book!” She jumped up, just barely out of reach! As for the mage, he enjoyed how frustrated his elf friend was getting. Though, this isn’t without a good reason. The book has gotten horribly dirty and the spine is about to give out. Khadgar planned to repair and clean the book as a gift for her, but she caught him before he could sneak it out. So, he decided to have some fun with her. “You have to try harder than that!” He smirked, leaning back a tad bit. “You are so unbelievable!” She yelled, standing on her very tippy toes just to get a little more reach! She could almost reach it…! That’s when Khadgar’s head darted to hers, and suddenly his lips meet hers! The elf’s eyes widened, but softened as she relaxed into his kiss. She was turned 180 degrees before Khadgar finally broke the kiss. He smiled at her, before walking out the room. Perry was smiling to herself until she remembered what he still had. “Khadgar you ass! I can’t believe you did that!” She shouted after him, dashing out the room to catch up to him! He responded, “All’s fair in love and war, honey!” She yelled at him in Darnassian while tossing whatever wasn’t breakable at the mage. Less for the book now, and more for the cheesy excuse. “Then let me show you the war part!”
