He could’ve hidden away forever. His soulful capsule would be so shut tight, he would not commit to coming out to himself, emotionless and keeping himself to himself.

The younger stages of Severus’ life will never be like how most children his age would simply bathe in the gentle touches of his mother and the firm, protective hold of his father. Instead, his father almost made Severus into a slave, when Severus should’ve been frolicking outdoors and doodling pretty pictures of the world he could’ve seen in his eyes. The punishments would only go from bad to worse, from a simple, mediocre telling off to a scarring, reddening slap across the face. Severus had enough. He wanted his father, Vincent, out of his life for eternity. He had his mother for a while and he was grateful to have the kind-hearted mother figure to look up to and be inspired by. Dramatically, and suddenly, she started to become very sick and everyone seemed to be very concerned about her. Eventually, it all became too much and there was nothing that any doctor, or nurse could do to treat Hazel’s condition. This became a very upsetting time for Severus, along with the rest of the family but he also thought that now his mother was gone, he had no choice but to escape what could now be a prison bound hell.

He was now committed to his decision. His backpack was packed until his back would slack over, he grabbed some extra bags to more storage and he also kept a special bag, treasured with memories and the happiest moments of his life, and his mother. He made his move, he still had some tears to wipe from his face after what was possibly the most traumatic event anyone could go through with. Severus wanted to confirm that he could find a place Vince would never think about going. “Germany.” He rattled to himself in his puzzle piece of a mind. “I’m going to Germany!” With that, he would now spend the rest of his life in Germany, only if Vince abandons Germany as a place to find him that was. Once Severus got there, he took in some admiration on what comforting views he will be waking up to for the next view years. He kept it to himself that he would get used to the place quite easily, he still felt a little homesick by his decision but kept it to himself, as he would normally do with his father.

A few years fly by and he was now settling into Germany is a satisfactory way, he had a flat to himself, he’s now a performer, he’s still feeling the hatred that his father gave to him. As he was making his way into work, he stumbled upon a tall, muscular, intimidating guy, something about this guy set Severus’ heart motoring fast! This was a feeling that Severus only ever had with his mother. The guy introduces himself as Marvin. Marvin’s voice was in a calming tone but at the same time, it had sounded so sexy in Severus’ ears that he just had to listen to him again! Marvin appeared to be having the same reaction to Severus, maybe this could be the love that was made in heaven? Severus made arrangements for Marvin to meet at his flat, Marvin just had to say yes! After many arrangements to meet up and a mixed range of adventures and emotions, it had turned out to be true, that their love was forever. Marvin was the one who had decided to surprise Severus with a glistening ring and the most exotic, masterpiece like place to propose to Severus. The days coming to the wedding, and the wedding itself was the best, and the most nerve-wrecking time of Severus’ and Marvin’s lives. After the wedding, Severus decided to looked the memories of his mother which made a few tears run down his cheek again, but this time, Marvin was there to comfort him and now he feels ensured that every tear will be washed up by the strongest love they’d ever experience.

Since the pair had first met, Severus has been extremely open to Marvin about any struggles that he has, and Marvin is always willing to listen, like any gentle, loving boyfriend should do. Marvin’s mother had passed away as well but he managed to successfully inherit her house so they now live there together. They are still living in Germany and Severus’ father is yet to find him, which although it’s been a long time, he still gets shaky about but Marvin is still there to keep on hugging him and listening to his stories about his mother, even if they are getting a bit boring and repetitive.
