Laying on the couch in Kinoko’s office, Deimos listened to the tapping of her fingers hitting the keyboard.
It was still far from his reach to be able to type like she did.
Her smile in the moment before the darkness…
The sight was just as beautiful in his mind’s eye as it had always been.
Suddenly a thought invaded his mind that he had ever thought before.
What had his ebe’s smile been like? What about hebi’s?
What had they been like?!
Gritting his teeth, Deimos sat up and brushed his fingers through his long hair.
He couldn’t remember.
