[Just Spring Things] Cherry Blossoms

Roze always had a soft spot for cherry blossom trees- after all, how could he not? He was all pink, for goodness sake! It always upset him when their petals began to fall, marking the end of their short-lived blossoming season... Oh how he wished there were perennial versions of the soft-pink trees...

He looked forward to spring every year, especially now that he had his very own lovely boyfriend to go cherry blossom viewing with! And it seemed Sevii was just as excited for it, since it wasn't something that occurred on his home planet. On the day Roze asked about going to view them together, hearing him say such a thing just further ignited the satyr's determination to schedule a date where they could see them together for the first ever time!!

And of course, that day had finally arrived... The sun was shining, the sky was mostly clear with just the perfect speckling of clouds... and Roze was ready for it all. It would also be the first day he'd get to see Sevii's new mount, Typhon, in the flesh! It wasn't every day that someone got their hands on a Lunaris- and such a magnificent mount was absolutely befitting of someone like this gorgeous satyr's boyfriend~

“Oh, there he iss~!” Roze practically sang out as he heard the telltale knock on his door... he loved the soft but confident way that the blonde browbird knocked. He practically ran for the door, nearly tripping on what appeared to be a tiny silver sluggy... odd, where did that come from?

Oh well, Sevii was more important!! The pink satyr flung the door open to greet his starsear-cloaked boyfriend, who let out a soft chuckle when the other practically jumped into his arms.

“Lovely to see you too, Roze!”
