Speck's Powers

Speck is pretty much a dimension lord in a bubble.

-He cannot leave the bubble, he kind of is the bubble. Like the yolk and shell of an egg.

-He can move the bubble, slowly. Like pushing a broken down car.

-Anything else can enter/exit the bubble at will. The bubble is also usually invisible.

-Anything inside the bubble is immediately "scanned", and Speck knows exactly what it is.

-Anything inside the bubble can be completely and instantly destroyed.

-He can make copies of anything that's been in the bubble, provided there's enough destroyed material stored up.

-Any copies can leave the bubble.

-Information stored on electronic devices and peoples' thoughts can also be scanned, though he hasn't tried recreating sentience. Frankly, he's afraid to.

-If something has not been scanned, it cannot be created, even if Speck has seen it or had it described to him.

-He can, using his avatar (what I drew above), make an attempt at making something new, which can then be scanned.

(For example, if someone puts a model kit in the bubble and has a completed model outside of it. Speck would not be able to instantly create an assembled model, even though he had all the pieces. He could, however, manually put the model together and upon completion recreate an assembled model. This also includes any mistakes, though.)

-While some kind of physical version of Speck has to exist at all times, it doesn't have to be consistent. In fact, the usual form he uses isn't his "base" form.
