A dark sea in the midst of time, with a silence echoing in caverns tall, there lived a maiden fair and grace for with them all came her majesty’s whim. How is that sentence?”

“You can do better than that, come on. can do better. A tall maiden, graceful and knowing in her beauty, skipped merrily into the void of man’s soul as she brought forth the beacon of their demise. See? Better.”

“Too telling. Here. Like the winds whispering on the wind, they call, ‘Move! Move!’ into the depths of the void as they searched for the fair maiden. The queen, with her hair of pink, caused upon and swallowed the void’s fears, their worries, all in an instant with the light of lamps being extinguished. There, better?”

“Oooh, much better! But try this. The maiden fair heard the men’s cries and ghosted forward, drifting in the endless sea of time and space towards the lost souls. And yet, not all was lost, for the queen held her crew steadfast in the coming darkness, slowly turning to light. Beat that.”

“Ha! Gladly. Further on, further on, the queen saw the light and spoke of time and love, of candlelit nights and beautiful songs. How those songs reached the maiden’s heart! In the darkness, she spoke, of despair and tragedy, of men and beasts, growing, growing ever gorier in her appearance. A widow of bold, of malice, of evil. And?”

“Hm…And? The queen saw and stood, tall and strong, as she brandished her sword and pointed it at the maiden. ‘You, who cry in the dark, show to me your heart, your desire, everything that makes you who you are, good and bad!’ she cried. The maiden wept, joyful, ugly tears spilling down her face. How about now?”

“Hm… They stood tall amongst the shadows of crawling serpents and spiders overwhelming the maiden. A slash, a thrust, she cut through the darkness into the maiden’s heart and light had shown once more. The maiden, now freed, kissed her savior and together they sailed to the unknown and the new. There we go.”

“Haha! A good end! You did well, Fantasma Scrivere!”

“I learned from the best.”

“Haha! Come, let’s eat dinner now, I think we well deserved it.”

“…It’s midnight.”

“And what better time to eat than a moonlit dinner? Come, come, Fantasma!”

“Yes, Volto!”

Author's Notes

I realized too late I won't get candy for this WHOOPS. But this was fun! Just a conversation between my new drop, Ghostly Aura, and her master, Santa Voltolini. Yes, his name is Santa, he gets a lot of flack for it so he just calls himself Volto. XD Anyway, they're writing about Myiabi's characters, Nan and Ira! That...happened unintentionally. The Queen I began to figure, "Hey this could be Nan," then the maiden turned really dark and, "LOL THAT'S IRA OMG." So then it became fanfic for the two. XD Hope you enjoy!
