The creature seemed otherworldly, its fur melding into blue, flame-like substance that licked along its back and took the place of its tail-tip. The front of its body was covered in swanlike plumage, sleek and soft to the touch, with the membrane of each feather composed of a dark, deep blue-grey. This created a web-like pattern, the dark spindles extending over the creature's unusually still form until its mid-section, where the feathers slowly turned to a thick, pillowy pelt of fur. Unlike its forelegs, which were that of a bird, it's lower half was akin to a lion, if lions were white as snow and had the plumy tail of an arctic fox. Its hind-legs were powerful from what must have been years of leaping into the air for take-off. This, of course, was only known due to the most striking feature of this wonderous creation— massive white wings that arched over the creature's back and extended outwards in a display of unabashed power. They were feathered at the base, where the extra limbs joined with the alien's shoulders, but the feathers thinned out of existence as the wing continued, leaving most of the massive entities made of leather. The spaces between the digits of the wing were thin enough to emanate a faint blue glow from within as the sun shone through from behind.
The eyes of the creature burned as though someone had embedded them with white-hot coals. Its head was that of a snowy owl, sleek and wise and silent as it stared down its opponent.
