Diving Bird of Prey.

Execution for Ayumu Inoue, the Ultimate Falconer. Ayumu is carried off in the claws of a large mechanical vulture, colored similarly to Monokuma. The bird soars through the ceiling, shattering it, and glass shards fall towards the students, injuring a few of them. The bird soars in the sky before diving towards the ground. It repeats its death dive a few times before dropping her a few feet from the ground, and then slamming its claws through her shoulders and legs. It lifts her up by its beak and flips Ayumu in the air onto the ground a few times, crushing her bones, before picking her up once more and soaring in the air again. It drops her from this height, effectively killing her. The vulture then picks her up again, and flys to a nest where black and white eggs hatch into Monokuma vulture chicks. The big vulture drops her carcass into the nest, where the Monokumas pick it apart and eat it.
