I love you

I slowly pushed my way through the forest, a shadowy dark forest.  i was on an adventure to find cache,  most people would probably be brimming with fear over something so daunting, especially being alone, but not me!

Being without Jupiter can definitely be lonely, but maybe i’ll find something really great that i can share with her!  That would be awesome! 

I launched myself over a fallen tree; the night sky was dotted with stars but was barely visible behind the trees.  My big mission was to find caches or at least one cache.  They had the coolest stuff and I really wanted to find one.  I mean, yes I’ve found many before but they always have something great in them and I’ll never turn down an adventure or thing to look for!

A soft breeze blew through the forest making the air have a nice coolness to it.  I kept walking, not at all in fear of what could happen to someone alone in a forest at night.  I had to keep my mind clear of worry and keep it set on finding treasure, i had to be daring!  I mean I’m an item finder for crying out loud!  I wouldn’t be uncareful, but i couldn’t just let stuff scare me!

I pressed on; i could hear the croaking of toads and the bugs of the forest shifting around.  Excitement tingled in my body; i just couldn’t wait to find cache. 

My legs had no lag in them, my stride was long, and my posture was straight.  I was being repetitive but i really was just super excited to find something that could be really interesting!  Not only that, but the excitement and feeling of pride in finding something was worth all the energy put into finding it!

Finally, after what felt like almost decades i say what i was looking for!  I finally found a cache!  Excitement and a sense of happiness flooded over me.  I’m typically happy, I’m not a negative person, but my happiness sky rockets when I’ve found cache.  There is a variety of awesome things that can be found in them!  Like jewellery, which i can sell or even give to Jupiter, if it’s big enough of course. 

I jumped towards it and grabbed it.  I debated on seeing what was in it now or waiting till later, in the end i decided to wait till later, maybe i could try to find another one!  If i didn’t that’d be totally fine, but it would be so awesome if did.  I stuffed the cache into my bag of holding, which is the greatest bag of all time!  It holds all of my greatest findings!  Which is helpful since sometimes i don’t have big enough paws to hold it all myself.  I sat down, the forest sounds engulfed me as i rested peacefully.

I loved excitement; i loved finding treasure to sell.  i loved getting to do this, but sometimes i got tired, a little rest never hurt anyone! 

I looked in my bag, sometimes just seeing what i had just found made it one hundred times more exciting, or maybe it just gives me a sense of accomplishment!  I may have found hundreds upon hundreds of other great treasures but it never took away the excitement i had when finding a new treasure,  a rustle broke my thoughts.  My ears perked up, my eyes became alert.  i may be brave, but i had to be sensible, I’m alone at night in a forest  and i hear something, that’s not the safest scenario to be in.

I tried to hide my fear with a confident look!  If i didn’t look scared maybe they’ll back off-

WOOSH!

Something grabbed my leg.  Before i could register what happened the familiar aura of my wife, Jupiter, hit me.  My body relaxed but i was still a little nervous and confused at this sudden contact.  What had brought this on all of the sudden?

Then Jupiter started kissing me, she gives me little love kisses all over my face causing me to blush.  Then she stopped and began to sniff me, which may seem weird, but it’s really a sign of her affection and that’s something i really love about her.  She’s just such an affectionate loving creature.  Nothing else is like her, which makes me feel like the luckiest girl alive! 

“Aww!  I love you so much!” Jupiter smiles, “and you smell so good!  it reminds me on how lucky I am to have met you!  it brings me back to how amazing my life has become with you in it!” she added, happiness and love filled both of us. 

Then it hit me on what was going on.  I grabbed my bag tightly, making sure none of my findings in it could fall out.  if i were to lose them i wouldn’t be upset with Jupiter, but i would rather not have to worry about that, so holding onto them and making sure nothing could be lost adds a great sense of security to my belongings.

Jupiter then bounded away with me towards our house.  She held onto me adding a lot of care into keeping me safe, which was something else i loved about her.  She truly cares about me and my wellbeing.  We made our way through the forest, her legs covered a lot more ground than mine did causing the trip back to our house to be hardly even half the time it took for me to get to where the cache was. 

We both entered the house and she set me down onto our couch and hugged me tightly.  She proceeded to lie beside me and we held each other tightly.  Our love was the only thing we needed in this world. 

We cuddled both of us relaxed, life was hard at times but the person you truly care about can make it so much better.  “I love you,” Jupiter whispered in my ear, her warm fur and scent made me feel at ease.

“I love you too…”
