Frankiie's parents are both normal biologically, but at a young age Unicorn's bodies and magick can react oddly to certain overdoses of substances such as spices or sugar. Frankiie was born with regular organs and blood and her parents monitored her consumption of foods to make sure she had a healthy balance. Despite this she's always had an affinity for foods high in sugar. One Halloween when she was five she snuck out of bed and ate her entire pillowcase of candy, and had a serious reaction that caused her magick to turn her body into candy. The damage was irreversible and Frankiie has to use her magick to sustain her life force. 

Her diet is strictly candies and desserts, any other foods make her sick. She has no kind of stomach or liver or anything, her body basically just digests itself on the inside and she replenishes by eating more sweets. Not all of her body is entirely edible. Her veins and arteries are twizzlers, her guts are airheads sour strips, her brain is like a big gummy, her bones are jawbreakers, her claws are sweet tarts, most of her muscles and fat are cake (so she's super soft to hug) and her blood can be any variation of sugary sodas or kool-aid. Her saliva is like the stuff out of Juicy Drop Pops, but it can also sometimes be like sugary nectar. She has regular fur, hair, eyes, tongue, and some other parts, but she smells overwhelmingly sweet (like a candy factory), and any dander on her body is pixie stix and edible glitter. Her horn is like jolly ranchers, and if you were to lick it for a while it would dissolve. Eating any of these candies and desserts (or anything with a high sugar content) will continue to keep these parts of her body from being totally digested/absorbed to keep her alive. She consumes large amounts of sweets a day to keep her body from being weakened by the amount of magick it takes to sustain herself.

 She's extremely hyper because she lives in a constant sugar rush. Becoming sweets didn't stop her love of candy, either, so she's constantly driven a little crazy by the knowledge that she can just... eat herself (which she is known to do on occasion). Cutting her open and eating her guts or her muscles, or sucking off her nails won't kill or injure her so long as she consumes more candy/desserts from an outside source later on. If you were to remove a limb it would grow back in a few weeks so long as she consumes enough sugar to sustain growth. The only way to kill her is if you were to completely eat her horn, which is where her magick is stored. Consuming/removing or otherwise destroying her horn would cause her to lose her magick and she would become mortal. Normally for Unicorns or those with Unicorn magick this wouldn't kill the victim, but since Frankiie's body is no longer organic, she'd die within minutes.

 She is prone to biting herself just to taste her blood or sucking on her fingers. She's a bit manic and excitable. Despite thinking about (and sometimes actually) eating herself on the regular, it bothers her immensely when anyone else wants a taste. She's fine with her friends asking but most of them don't, except for Gothica and Almeisan. She's alright with Parker doing it without asking, since they're together. Parker can't always make out with her or eat her out for too long because it can make him sick or give him a sugar rush. Sometimes her smell can make people dizzy, especially if you're diabetic. 

tl;dr frankiie became candy and basically has reverse-diabetes / candy-vampirism and needs to consume outrageous amounts of sugar to stay alive. removing her horn would sentence her to a minutes-long painful death because she would become mortal and, being made of candy, would die quickly because of a lack of real organs.
