FALSANCTI

( this is a personal / private species of mine: please do not use / create a falsancti! ) 

FAL· SANCTI
                         fals: false + sancti: saint.

The Falsancti are a type of angel that were created during the first Great War, after Lucifer’s fall. These angels are ‘copies’ of great angels like; Michael, Gabriel, & Raphael. Hence, why they’re called “False Saints.“ 

These angels are vessels for their counterparts, born & raised specifically for them. So should something happen to their original, since death can only happen to their physical forms; the Falsancti are their new bodies.

If made for an archangel, such as Michael, the Falsancti will be named Michael, taught how to weild Michael’s weapons & so on. This makes it so that, if compromised, Michael’s soul can inhabit it’s new body without much resistance. 

Although the Falsancti might share the same skill set & might be specifically made for a certain angel, they are not as strong as their original. Nor are they carbon copies. Since they are vessels, they all vary in looks & personalities. In hindsight, before they’re inhabited by their original’s soul, they are their own person. 

Once an original is to inhabit their Falsancti’s body, the essence of the Falsancti ceases to exist. This is so that there is no future resistance since sharing a body can prove to be difficult. So the Falsancti’s own soul is completely eradicated & replaced by the original. 

REGULATIONS

a falsancti must.

• shadow their original during a mission, at least once a century.
• forfeit themselves over to the wishes of their original, should they request anything from them.
• keep up with their studies & training, so that it’s easier for the original to adapt to their body. 

a falsancti must not. 

• rebel against their creation; to do so may result in erasure
• openly defy their original; may also result in erasure in severe cases.
• surpass their original in strength, mind, or body; may result in erasure or a coma-induced quarantine.

a falsancti can.

• sometimes not agree with their original but must do it with respect & know to keep their place if they cannot be otherwise.
• have their own relationships, platonic or otherwise. however they must realize that once their original inhabits their body, these relationships are voided. partners, friends, & acquaintances must also extend this courtesy.
• if they do not believe themselves to be fit to be a Falsancti, they can request a quiet erasure but must do so within the first five centuries of their existence.
• adopt a name that strays away from their originals, however, it’s strongly suggested not to so that there’s less rebellion.
