Life one: (30 moons old) When he first became leader, one of the cats of the clan was jealous and hungry for power. They took Echostar's first life, and they were stopped by Silverdew before they could do any more damage.

Life two: (35 moons old) Some prey was poisoned after a group of Twolegs left behind an odd substance for rodents to eat. Many cats died during that week, and Echostar lost a life.

Life three: (40 moons old) During leaf-fall, there were hunting traps put by Twolegs. Echostar went to investigate with a patrol, and his paw got caught. He bled to death before the medicine cats could help him in time.

Life four: (45 moons old) He fell in love with a loner named Valentine and got her pregnant. During her pregnancy, he begged her to join Melodyclan and she refused. Instead, she wanted Echostar to leave his clan and join her in the wildlands of Greece. He denied this request and banished her from Melodyclan territory. When the kits were four moons old, she returned to kill Echostar and leave three kits. The runt of the litter was taken with her, and she hasn't been seen since. Echostar no longer allows outsiders.
