Yet a few more Chimeras have recently gone down to the jaws of the Man  of Sparks. He showed no mercy, not even a hint of it. If he was able to,  he would have burned this world to the core and eliminate every  unnatural creature.

"Heh... I'm starting to sound like Kronos." He had thought.

As  he trudged through the swamps of the Marsh, he spied the Valley's  entrance in the distance, eyes narrowing dangerously. Today... was when  those Chimeras were going down. Of course... he still had another side  mission to complete.

With a slow turn and a huff of his smokey breath, Kaji started to move towards Transfer, where the one human prison was located.

As  Kaji stepped up to the gates of Transfer, he frowned deeply and  transformed into his human form. Putting on the same act as before, Kaji  gripped onto his armless sleeve and ran through the gates, screaming  out, “HELP ME! SOMEONE, PLEASE! MY ARM!!”

Upon running towards  the prison, the guards stared in shock and surprise to see him, since  most humans stay away from these parts. Kaji skid onto the ground right  in front of the gates, looking up at the tower guards with pleading and  desperate eyes.

“Please! You must help me! They’re coming for  me!!!” He exclaimed, shooting a sharp glance to the prisoners roaming  the inside of the prison since it was recess for them.

The guards were uneasy at his yelling and they raised their guns at him.

“J-Just stay right there! Don’t try to open the gates! We’ll send paramedics down soon!” They exclaimed.

Kaji only frowned. Well, that plan didn’t work out too well. Time for plan B.

At  that, the Chimera scratched the underside of his neck, igniting sparks  and thus the flames soon followed. The guards stared in horror at this  as Kaji’s whole demeanor changed.

“No thanks. I’ll let myself  in.” He growled, before roaring and slamming his fiery fist into the  gates, causing a massive explosion to occur and the guards screaming as  they flew out of their towers. The prisoners inside all gasped in fear,  running away to the far edges of the prison. A loud siren started to  sound, and red flood lights brightly lit the area, focusing mainly on  the route that Kaji was heading down.

“Warning! Warning! Breach in the gates! All personnel respond to the call immediately!” The PA announced over the speakers.

Kaji  ignored the sirens and trudged towards one of the buildings in hopes of  finding the one person who would be able to carry out the rest of the  mission. With his boots echoing throughout the hallways, and a flick of  his wrist causing flames to erupt inside, not even the guards could stop  the monster’s determination. As his flame-orange eyes sparked with a  hatred towards the fleeing humans, they also glanced into the bars of  the cells as he walked past them swiftly.

But as he spotted the  familiar figure, he stopped abruptly, turning and grabbing the bars with  his arm and ripping the whole cell open. The one other person inside  started to yell and back away swiftly into the corner of his cell, but  Kaji only grabbed him by his bald head and threw him out. The other man  in the cell was sitting and facing the other corner, curled in a sort of  ball with his arms around his knees. He did not even flinch at all of  the noise and screaming happening inside of the building, nor did he  wait for Kaji to even complete his sentence.

“Vi, I ne-“

“Yes,  I know who you are….. Kaji Moeko.” The man interrupted, slowly turning  his head to glance back at the monster. His black, tangled hair covered  his eyes, but the tip of his nose and mouth were visible.

Kaji growled, irritated that he was interrupted, but the man only continued.

“Let me guess.” The man said, slowly started to stand up, but keeping himself facing the corner. “You need me for something.”

“Wow, so intuitive.” Kaji said sarcastically, his teeth slightly bared in irritation.

The  man only chuckled lowly and weakly, turning himself fully to face Kaji.  His hair acted as small tendrils that draped over his face, but through  the small gaps, one could see the dark bags under his smokey brown  eyes.  “But tell me…. What is it that you want me to do for you…?”

“…”  Kaji tried his best to restrain from snapping at the older Chimera. “I  need you to kill off all Chimeras. Everything that is both human and  dinosaur, just like you. They all need to be eliminated. They’re the  scum of the earth and they taint it with their inhuman prowess. I don’t  want my grandfather’s delusion to continue being a reality.”

“Isn’t that a little hypocritical of you~?” The man suddenly inclined, smirking and leaning a bit forwards.

Kaji growled and hissed, shooting forwards and pinning the man to the wall by the neck.

“LISTEN  HERE, you VERMIN! ONCE every living Chimera is wiped from this earth,  I’M going to die too! IF I die sooner than expected, that’s where YOU  come in to kill THEM. Do you understand me??!” Kaji roared, eyes  narrowing dangerously and his fiery breath seething through the gaps in  his teeth.

The man only kept a calm and stoic expression, before slightly smiling and narrowing his eyes in amusement.

“Only if you ask nicely…….” He purred, squirming in a strange way under the beast’s grip.

Kaji’s  nose crinkled angrily and he stared directly at the man’s eyes for a  short amount of time. What game was he playing? Kaji didn’t know how to  really respond to a man who was as sadistic and masochistic as himself,  so he only let him go roughly, stepping away once. With a hateful and  reluctant glare in his eyes, Kaji obeyed the man’s orders.

“…. Vi Taurus. Will you help me in my mission?” Kaji asked, though spitting it out in irritation.

The man’s lips curled up into a small smile.

“With pleasure.”
