This was probably a stupid idea. Maybe one of the more idiotic ideas she’s had.

Dead Sea knew the dangers of slavers; they were brutal people who answered to a boss that was only spoken of through rumors and gossip. There was also rumors about the riches that they had in their possession. Money from trades and jewels from deals.

Just thinking about them was making Dead Sea dizzy with excitement. She loved treasure, all kinds. Big, small, shiny, old…

Shaking her head free from her thoughts, Sea slinked slowly and stealthily towards the slavers camp.

All of them were sitting around a camp fire, talking in a language that wasn’t her own, eating food that she had only heard of in passing.

They were just as ugly as people described them; it took a whole lot to hold back that snort of amusement.

They were distracted that was good.

Breaking into the largest wagon she began her hunt, looking for objects that were of value or that would be of use to her.

It was all going well… That was until something knocked over. Sea didn’t know how it happened, she hadn’t even touched the damn object, whatever it was wanted her dead though.

Footsteps, then shouting, then hands grabbing at her despite her attempts to escape. Fighting as much as she could, she was eventually restrained. Her mouth was still running, throwing insults left and right at them.

Some seemed to glare at her as they carried her to the wagon, others didn’t care. She was just another thing to them, something of an inconvenience.

A guard ran ahead and opened a cage, throwing Dead Sea rather harshly into it before locking it up.

“Let me out you pieces of shit!” She screeched, only for her screams of anger to be met by a wagon door closing and being left in pitch darkness.

It had been days now; she had been trying to come up with an escape plan the entire time. Since she couldn’t see much in the dark it made trying to find an escape that much harder.

On what seemed like the five-day, light reached her eyes and instead of it being food that they were delivering, it was a large creature.

She was massive.

Her hair was extremely fluffy looking. If Sea wasn’t in this position maybe she would’ve reached out and touched it to see if it was as soft as it looked, but she was big, and Sea was small. She could crush her like a bug.

In fact, she was much larger than her captors and looked as though she could easily overpower them…

The creature entered the cage with the door being quickly shut behind her, leaving Sea in practically darkness, thankfully she had gotten accustomed to it and her eyes quickly refocused.

She started to sniff at her, Dead Sea could only puff herself up in alarm, ready to lash out… Then… Color?

Browns, creams, reds… Soulmate.

Sea took in a sharp inhale as she stared up at the creature, this giant hyena woman was her soulmate.

Peach let out a squeal of surprise and happiness before scooping Sea up, her claws digging into her skin at the sudden movement. Peach didn’t mind, she had felt worse before.

“Hello their little cutie! My names Peach. Can I get yours?” She asked her eyes shining brightly as she looked down at Sea with a wide smile.

“Dead Sea.” Sea replied still in a daze and trying to wrap her head around the fact that this woman was her soulmate. Though she felt as though she wanted to stay in the woman’s arms forever, she was set down.

“Stand behind me hun” Peach spoke, a seriousness in her voice.

Sea did as she was told, not wanting to get in Peaches way.

With a powerful punch, the wall caved in, debris flying everywhere and imbedding itself into objects.

Peach turned around, a smile on her face as she offered her hand to Sea who began laughing manically at the faces of the slavers.

Taking Peach’s hand Sea, she felt her body begin to move.

Peach was teleporting her to her new home.
