An official directory of the CERA DIVISION units

Storm Troops
[DESIGNATION: ST_0000]

The basis of the CERA DIVISION. Designed for swiftness and efficiency, the main task of ST units is to take out mutants. Their C-Polymer armor is reinforced with conductive alloy and an array of enchantments. The combination is light and durable, and also makes up the main components of ST troops' automatic rifles. The ST units' purpose is to quickly eliminate the designated targets and retreat.

Mutant Suppression Units
[DESIGNATION: GR_0000]

Mutant Suppression Units', otherwise MSU or (informally) Grapplers, main task is to occupy primarily Runner-type mutants to stop them from moving. MSU are equipped with robotic arms mounted on their back, engineered to output power equal to a Runner-type's. The arms are controlled via the Raindrop Mirror Algorithm [RMA], allowing for more precise control of robotic limbs. The arms may also be Locked in a certain position, facilitating the MSU's main tactic. MSU are also provided a CERA-issue automatic assault rifle to attack mutants. MSU are equipped with the same armor as ST units.

Immolation Units
[DESIGNATION: IM_0000]

Immolation Units are unique. A pilot is fitted with a small mecha and a flamethrower, which are brought into battle. The IM units' task is to open and close combat, assisting MSU and ST units. The mecha is primarily electric (we know the risks), fitted with enchantments and one S-class negator. Its' mechanisms and cockpit are encased in kevlar, fireproof fabric and finally C-polymer/alloy armor. The pilots are given a flamethrower scaled to the size of the mecha, grenades, flammable gas tanks and oxygen tanks (in case of failing gas mask filters). IM units can also be used to transport other units across short distances. The mecha's arms are controlled with two IC 2.3 handheld extensions. The mecha has an emergency eject and self-destruct protocol that may be triggered by the pilot only.
[Notice: The maximum height for Immolation Unit pilots is 5'8". They won't fit otherwise.]

Operators
[DESIGNATION: OP_0000]

Operators are not intended for fieldwork. Their primary task is to collect, relay and organize information gathered from the front lines, and as such their equipment is different from other CERA DIVISION units. Operators are equipped with conductive alloy tip gloves, allowing them to interact directly with holographic displays and arcane film. Operators are assigned to a squadron consisting of four ST units, two MSUs and one IM unit. Operators may also override IM mechas in the event of: severe structural damage, pilot unconsciousness/death/desertion and absolute orders. Operators may sometimes pilot a surveying drone over their squadron and the battlefield.
Operators may be converted to ST units in an emergency.
