Affair uncovered

"My sister, Leigh!?" A hand drifted upwards, fingertips tugging through the mess of grey that was more than disheveled by that point. Even with a conscience as heavy as her own, Lin couldn't quite escape the avid feeling of betrayal. She was infuriated and upset, even if she had no right to either of those feelings. It didn't matter although, for at least one of them had been honest.

Ebony hair fell over a sharp cheekbone, palms tucked neatly within the others lap as she'd narrowed her gaze floorward. She was more than ashamed to admit her deviance, especially after realising that her affair had been with the girls sister. There were no amount of apologies that would rectify the situation, especially as she sat with heated cheeks and a burning frustration. Leigh had looked up although, brows furrowed as she spoke; "Well, at least I have good taste in genes."

Such words only annoyed the older of the two further, and quickly she'd jammed a fist into the wall beside her, the subtle creak or breaking plaster ricocheting around the empty room. "Leave!"
