Zili doesn't like cats. The reason is quite simple: she was made to resemble them somewhat. The original creator loved cats and decided it was a good idea to transfer some of their features onto his inventions. She thinks the opposite, since she wants to be the one that stands out not only from the rest of the mass produced robots, but also the rest of the world in general. She wishes to become one of a kind. Unfortunately there isn't much she can do about it, especially about her appearance; no matter how much she'd complain to the professors, researchers, and other people in charge, they denied her requests. Eventually she gave up and instead makes up for it with personality.

She was created to be a robot that'll listen to commands, also made more "feminine" in human terms, as that was what humans thought would make her nicer and more amicable. Zili is anything but that. She wants to show them that she can be anyone she wants, circumstances permitting. She is, after all, a reasonable person, to a degree. On a side note, she thought it was highly peculiar how her creators wanted her to be friendly, yet gave her a rocket launcher, which seemed at least somewhat contradictory. She didn't mind it at all, though. It was a lot easier to be persuasive with a rocket peeking out from your chest.

Don't get her wrong though, she's not mean or disrespectful all the time. It's only those that deserve it. Those that underestimate her, look down on her, dismiss her as nothing special. And of course everyone that falls under the definition of "being a criminal". In the end, Zili was made for law enforcement first and foremost after all, and the ones that break the law are the first ones on her list of people undeserving of her respect. Those that earned it, get to see her bright side, where she's fun, caring, and enthusiastic.

She isn't as harsh and impulsive with her crime fighting methods as Notsu. She believes there are better ways to teach such people a lesson, but usually she doesn't have the patience for that, and instead turns them in at the right place, to let humans deal with members of their own species by themselves.

Some people criticise her workflow but that only drives her forward. Knowing she is going against the expectations of others is what makes her feel that she is the one in control of herself, and that's what gives her the most satisfaction out of anything.
