Young life in half-light;
Smoking guns in war-torn grey.
Glasses shimmer at quiet dinner;
My white rabbit ran away.

Atrocity built its home in me;
Made a nest inside my skull.
He's a liar, put to fire;
Words sharpened, never dull.

Grip the knife to take a life;
Panic when the noose has tightened.
Sweeten the thrill; your first kill;
Pluck of strings as their eyes whiten.

You're so terribly mad, it's sad;
Your red gloves are covered in sin.
Say it's to sate your hate,
But it's just to cover your skin.
