Basics:
>>While common pets like cats and dogs still exist, there are many interesting creatures that make popular pets among magical communities

Here are a few of the favorites-

Beepy (Bee Puppy):
>>These are a popular pet among the magical communities, and a perfect pet for young or elderly monsters
>>Legit just what it sounds like, a fluffy little bumblebee crossed with a puppy (a puppy with yellow/black stripes, a slightly pointed tail, wings, and bug eyes)

Hellhound:
>>Considered dangerous in the same way dogs such as pitbulls are, hellhounds have a bad rep for being evil and violent, but are no more dangerous than any garden-variety mortal dog
>>Usually look like rottweilers but with red eyes, black sclera, spikes, and odd, scratch-like markings

Timberwolf:
>>Much like Hellhounds, these creatures get a bad rep for being dangerous
>>However, the most dangerous thing about them is potential splinters, as they are gentle and docile creatures with timid temperaments.
>>Characterized as a retriever-like frame made from wood, leaves, and vines

Peacat (Peacock Cat):
>>Often bred and used for pet show purposes, Peacats are commonly seen as elegant and high-class pets (and often stereotyped as being owned by “snooty” and “uptight” individuals)
>>Usually appear as mainecoon cats with peacock tails rather than regular cat tails, along with more iridescent markings along their fur

Teacup Drake:
>>Popular among the high class as well, these pets often get intricate makeovers (much to the drakes’ distress)
>>Appear as small, wingless dragon-like creatures, but the size of the average chihuahua

Skvader:
>>A winged rabbit that is often kept for petting zoos and as class pets
>>Skvader are often viewed as a common rabbit with feathered wings attached at their shoulder-blades

Unicorn:
>>Horse-like creatures with gold-and-silver horns imbued with magical essence
>>These creatures are often kept, not as riding creatures, but as breeding and show horses
>>Aside from pet shows, their horn and hoof shaving have medicinal properties, so some are often raised for that use

Pegasus:
>>Horse-like creatures with feathered wings attached at their mid-torsos
>>Often used as riding creatures at camps and at shows

Griffin/Hippogriff:
>>Popular rides among the community, there are many camps for teaching young monsters to ride griffins and hippogriffs much like humans have for horses
