Snails, horses, dogs, and angels. Clouds can take on any forms, and I argue I am the same way. I admit, there are days I tend to be more off-putting than others, where my behavior is like shuffling a deck of cards and hoping you don't pull the worst one.

My favorite days are those where the clouds fill the sky.

Clouds are a curious thing- they can take on various shapes, can be classified into different types, and can even tell when the rain is coming. I myself don't care for knowing their names and definitions, rather I would much enjoy just watching them float overhead and admiring the forms they take. Some can look like angels, others look like snails, and some even look like horses if you squint. After a long day of training, it's nice to be able to lie down under the sycamores and observe the sky. I would be lying if I said didn't wish to fly, to see things from a birds' eye view rather than be stuck here on land. Belle agrees, wanting nothing more than to be a bird herself and take to the skies whenever she felt like it. I myself would rather just grow some wings and keep the body I have now, however being a bird doesn't appear too bad either.

If I didn't have any other engagements, I'd stay outside and watch the clouds for the rest of my days, only rising to eat or drink. However, being a champion in Ranch Riding comes with a cost, a cost that includes rigorous training and excessive exercise to keep me in shape for upcoming competitions. My caregivers find my laziness a difficult obstacle to overcome, and I find joy in watching them try everything they ca to get me up at the beginning of every day. I start my morning on my own terms, and live my life likewise, only doing as I desire until their incessant pestering becomes too annoying. I usually respond in making their lives a living hell when it comes to competition day- and there have been circumstances where they had to cancel my applications. If they only had allowed me to do what I wanted and when I wanted, I would have been more lenient with their behavior. These poor humans will never learn if they continue to live as fast of a life as they do.

The clouds today are beautiful, full, and pure white. According to what i have overheard from the staff here at the stables, there is no sign of rain in the forecast until next week, so that gives me ample time to laze around and look at the fluffy masses of white above me. The greatest part of Sonata Stables, in my opinion, is the fact that there's rarely a cloudless day, the expanse of blue always decorated with them even when night falls. My friends argue that they would rather their nights be cloudless, though I find it mystical when the clouds cover the moon the way that they do.

At least when looking at the clouds, you can predict what the weather will be like in the coming weeks. With me, I am truly a wildcard- however you can always count on me being the laziest woman you'll ever meet.
