Hyeon-su & Halo - Fanfiction
A quick fiction of a forbidden love between Hyeon-su, a young girl saved in-extremis by Halo, a handsome life guard.
She looked up at him, confused and lost. She didn't quite understand what happened... However, she did understand she was safe now, safe and sound, on the ground. Well, almost on the ground. He was still holding her close to him, making sure she wouldn't fall again.
She gasped quietly. He saved her, he definitely did. She curled up some more into his soft embrace, under shock. She gave up on her dream of a mighty prince coming to her long ago... But as of now, she was thinking about it again. What if it was him ? Her prince, the one who saved her, who would take care of her, always ? She stared at him for a long moment, thinking about this possibility... At least until he cut short her thoughtful meditation, dropping her softly on her feet on the ground.
He held his hand above her waist, making sure she didn't fall again, before he left abruptly. Oh no. "Sorry sweetheart, I have some work left undone. Be careful next time, don't swimm too far like that. I'm not too worried, but it can get real spooky out there." She stuttered a few words, holding her hands together. He called her sweetheart...
