T.O.S for characters made by me

as of 5/29/2020, all people who buy characters from me made by me must agree to this T.O.S.

as of 1/21/24 i am adding a rule as an update to my T.O.S. due to several accounts of this being a problem

If you bought something from me before with different rules/regulations this doesn't affect you!

1. If you buy a character from me with the intention to sell it right after you will be put on my ban list. I sell characters for people who want them not for people who are looking to make money.

2. After two months of owning the character, you are allowed to sell them for the same price you bought them for UNLESS you have more art of them that isn't a sketch. (an uncolored, quickly done, low effort drawing.) or writing/ serious development of them. if I find you are violating this you will be banned from buying my characters. if it was a character trade please message me for the proper course of action or act based on what you think the character is worth.

3. If you are on my ban list do NOT try and get around it by asking a friend to purchase my work for you, if I find out this has happened I will ban said friend and may blacklist other acquaintances of yours. If you have been blacklisted you will not show up on the ban list I will simply be wary of selling to you.

4. If my characters are used in any illegal activities i will refund what you paid and will reclaim my character as well as ban you. this is an extreme reaction for extreme situations as long as everything stays legal there will be no issue.

5. Stealing characters will result in an immediate ban. If you own one of my works and it is stolen please inform me so I can ban said culprit and get the situation fixed.

6. Do NOT  give my designs to any design shelters or adoption centers unless bought off of you. I once again reiterate i sell designs to people who want them, if you feel out of love with a character put it up for trade/sale, gift it to a person who wants it or give it back to me. If you have gotten one of my designs from a shelter i do not fault you nor do i fault the shelter for getting the design. If you happen to have my design in one of your shelters please transfer it back to me or give it away to someone who wants it for free no points or value system.

7. Do not delete my character from Toyhouse, if you really have to and have a good reason for it let me know so we can discuss it. If you need to hide the character for some reason i cant stop you but please give me authorization to see it thank you.

8. this T.O.S. may be updated, if it is and you bought a character beforehand you will likely not be expected to follow any updates.
