As expected, the patient experienced near death. Rather the patient died and following a feigned disposal procedure was brought to a neighboring facility requiring much higher clearance. Far be it from us to let such a rare opportunity escape.

Immediately we harvested samples of the virus for and had them placed into reproduction units for covert and military operation. The near immediate debilitation combined with its prolonged assault on the body could only be described as wonderous. With the collection phase completed, we attempted to move forward with the nano infusion procedure. As expected, following the immune system's upgrades, the virus was felled near immediately. The subject remained in a catatonic state over the next few weeks as various studies were conducted. It wasn't until months had passed that she finally reawakened of course. While the virus had gone, the damage had not and it took time for the weak body to regenerate what it could.

As had been decided prior to the experiment, the girl's custody would be relinquished to her parents yet again following her dismissal. However, complications arose immediately.

It seemed that the mother had gone missing around a month prior inexplicably. Her whereabouts were conspicuously unclear despite the notes left behind. Identity traces found no hide nor hair of her in this city or that of any area of the country. The same could really be said of her husband who had disappeared around two weeks later. This caused quite the stir at the time given the collaboration between his and our facilities, but there was nothing to be done of it. Our legal team attempted to repo our property in the last week, but found that it had been destroyed or moved offsite. Despite a nationwide search warrant for the man, he appears to have disappeared from the map, perhaps for good.
