Backstory

Taiki is an akita inu-Inugami (dog spirit.) He always has one floppy ear. He can be drawn with an optional necklace/talisman. He is usually feral!

Taiki is a very old deity who resides on an old, overgrown mountainside. He faces the threat of disappearing since the villagers have abandoned his shrine a long time ago and forgotten about him. In life, he was a loyal companion to a warrior of legend, but the villagers have forgotten about old folktales. Taiki must find a way to survive and be remembered, but normal people cannot see him. He decides to travel into the city, far away from his shrine to observe humanity and live out the rest of his days. However, he is severely weakened by leaving his shrine. On his journey, he finds a power orb at an abandoned shrine with characters on it that read god/deity. When he puts it around his neck, his otherworldly powers are restored. Once he reaches the city, he is shocked to see how much civilization has changed! He was alive during the age of samurai, as his master once was. But most of all, he is shocked when he sees all the crime and corruption happening around the city. "Technology has advanced, but humans haven't changed at all," he thought. As he wanders the streets, he decides to take it upon himself to do what he can about the unjust acts taking place. Using his powers, he sorts out various crimes and becomes known as the “invisible spirit who banishes crime”
