Rp Event as Petunia

Rumors of a mysterious giant footprint has spread which has attracted the nearby, the curious, and the most adventurous of beblune. Upon investigation, one would discover that a whole adult beblune can comfortably lay in a single claw of the print. No known creature is big enough to make this print and trying to imagine its owner feels impossible. Concerned whispers within the crowd turn to terrified chattering... until someone’s bellow interrupts.

“Listen up!” Icarus, the ice-wing demigod, demands the crowd’s attention. “If you’re worried this creature is a danger to you… well, it is.” Gasps erupted thanks to his lack of tact, and many onlookers decided to flee the area. “This particular fiend has destroyed an entire village in its wake. I have experience hunting and slaying beblune-eating beasts, but this one will take some extra paws. If you have combat experience, please join me in hunting this creature. If not: don’t slow us down. I’ll give you the day to decide and prepare. We begin tracking it in the morning.”

The chattering of the crowd continues...

Huh There really was a giant paw just laying there, Petunia was ecstatic "holy coprolite that's so cool!!" she said to herself.
The Demi's words passed over her head, yeah she heard his words but the danger just didn't seem to strike as it had the crowd that was loudly airing their concerns, she sat by the paw print and looked at her own paws trying to visualise the comparison.
Petunia really wanted to see what could possibly be behind this...Apparently the beblune who spoke earlier had an idea of what it could be, weird.

She looked for the stranger in the crowd and believed she found him standing next to another beb covered in flames "Uh Excuse me, Mister. Would it be alright to tag along in the back as moral support?"

Petunia was definitely not a fighter but she was not gonna be held back from seeing what creature this was.

He [Icarus] blinked as Petunia approached him with an innocent question. "Moral support?" He pondered, grimacing slightly. "If you die it would destroy morale. So don't do that. Stay out of danger and find snacks for the fighters. Deal?"

"Oh snacks?" That Wasn't a definitive 'No Don't stay here' that Petunia had been prepared for "Yes!! I could definitely Do that :D Deal!!"
Petunia was pumped having an objective she started to pace where she was standing.
"I'll be sure to bring as much as I can find!! Good thing I brought this bag" With a final smile at Icarus she turned away and began to waddle off to find snacks.

Snacks... Oh maybe I can find some in a nearby village or in the environment, oh geez might need some help to be sure I don't pick something Poisonous.

[Byrd] watched with a critical eye as bebs stepped out of the crowd to volunteer. A smirk found his lips at the little pink tsurex volunteered. She seemed sweet, though that concerned him under the circumstances. Eventually, with a sigh, Byrd picked through the crowd with his volgar and stepped up to Icarus.
"I can help with the trackin' if you need it. I'm... proficient," he said confidently. "I'm not much fer fightin' but these two sure are. Protection, if you wanna get specific." He gestured at Shiva and Ed, who were sniffing at the surrounding beblune.

Ed, Byrd's jet black and larger than average volgar, sniffed at anything and everything close to him, investigating diligently. He noticed one of the beblune break off from the group and took it upon himself to check it out. She smelled different to him, so she was clearly worth investigation. Byrd wasn't concerned as his volgar trotted off after Petunia, knowing he wasn't a danger to her and that he'd keep her safe if she found trouble.

Ed matched Petunia's pace easily, sniffing at her feet as she walked.

[Cheston] hearing mention of snacks sneakily crawled away from Kokiri when she wasn’t looking. He may have just eaten a few minutes ago but food was food, and Cheston liked food. He went off and followed Petunia wanting to get some snacks for himself. Catching up to Petunia he crawled up and sat on her shoulder making her carry him the rest of the way for snacks. Cheston now had only one thing on his mind and that was getting more food.

Petunia was getting caught in her thoughts trying to figure out what to get hmm, she definitely enjoyed berries that should be to some beb's liking but there were dEMi GOds to feed too, wow they'd probably want something very sparkly and tasTy.
As she wandered she felt a nudge against her legs and looked to her side "Oh! Hello!!" to her surprise there was a large volgar accompanying her, it came up to her jaw "Well aren't you a lovely lad" she put her flippers forward for him to sniff.

"Maybe you can help me track some good snacks for everyone hmm?" She smiled at the large creature and was about to continue when she felt little grabby paws crawl up her leg "EXCUSE ME- WHO" Petunia looked to her shoulder and found aNother creature tho much smaller, a newt just sitting there expectantly "huh, where did you... alright i guess you can also join me on the snack hunt too"
At the mention of snacks the Newt appeared to grin which Petunia supposed was his main goal, so she carried on looking amongst the shubbery for anything.

Meanwhile, [Ed] vocalised loudly at Petunia's greeting and sniffed her flippers eagerly, but jumped in fright when she exclaimed. His fur standing on end defensively, he sniffed at the newcomer and quickly decided it wasn't a threat. Just a newt (uwu). Petunia mentioning tracking caused Ed to go on alert, and now that he was satisfied they were safe he started snuffling around in brush. He didn't really know what they were looking for, but he was eager to please and squealed at everything he uncovered, useful or not.

[Kokiri] smiled kindly at Byrd not many beblune had thanked her for her job and she appreciated it, “what I do nothing special I guess, but I love my job.” Kokiri raised up her ears and quickly followed Shiva, “and maybe after this, I’ll have to get get a volgar from you whenever Cheston goes off adventuring.” Meanwhile, Cheston hopped off of Petunia’s shoulder and began to bring her anything shiny that caught his eye. Some things he brought back were bugs, berries, and the shiniest rocks he could find. Cheston began to munch down on some of the snacks he brought back.

"Oh!!" Petunia grinned as the Volgar appeared to be actively looking for things as she picked some berries, the volgar seemed to be squealing at a lot of things, Petunia looked at everything it pointed at ranging from tall grass strands to even a dead insect.
"I doubt Demi gods would find that appetising hmm" when the Volgar did point at things that looked edible she would hold it up to him to sniff and when he didn't scrunch his face or back away she stuck it in her bag.

While this happened she also scratched at the dirt with her claws and picked up any shiny rocks she could find, looking to the newt on her shoulder "what about you?" she held up some of the previous items the Volgar had pointed at and wandered what caught its attention.

"Oh there you go!!" she exclaimed as the newt also decided to help her with finding snacks, the newt was doing really well coming back with a lot of things very quickly. "Look at you go!!" She was smiling as the newt appeared to be a natural hunter and gatherer, as it ate some of the things it brought she couldn't be too worried about it since the little fella surely earned it!

Happy with the praise, Cheston had what seemed like a large smile on his face, and went up to Petunia handing her the shiniest rock he had.

....[Byrd] grinned, picking up his pace as well to keep up with Kokiri and Shiva. "I'd say it's pretty special," he responded. Already he was thinking of which of the kittens he had at home might suit her. He'd have to meet this Cheston fellow first, though.
It wasn't long before they passed through some trees and spotted a tsurex that Byrd immediately recognised from earlier. Ed was looking for something nearby but ran over to him and Shiva when he noticed them. "Well hello there, little lady," Byrd said to Petunia. "I see my Ed took a shine to you." He scratched Ed's head when he came close, but the volgar clearly couldn't decide if he wanted to be near him or Petunia or Kokiri more. There was just so much going on!

[Kokiri] spotted Cheston and immediately rushed over, scooping him up ignoring everything else, “Cheston what’d I tell you about leaving my sight,” she hugged him,” I was so worried about you.” Coming back to reality noticing the tsurex, Petunia, Kokiri realized she should thank her,” Hello my names Kokiri and this is Cheston,” Kokiri smiled,” thank you so much for taking care of Cheston I’m so sorry he followed you. I hope he didn’t misbehave. If he did misbehave I’d like to apologize on his behalf.” Kokiri walked over to Byrd,” thank you for helping me find Cheston I don’t know if I would have without you and Shiva.” Kokiri looked back down at the newt, “oh I can’t stay mad at you for sneaking off Chest you’re too adorable.” Meanwhile, Cheston munched on another snack not noticing anything around him.

"Aaw!! Thank you so much, this looks very tasty" Petunia smiled at the little newt then looked up at a beblune she might have noticed earlier talking to her accompanied by another.
"Oh Hey There!!" She gave the newcomers a welcoming smile "Ed!! What a lovely name, I KNew they were someone's familiar!! He is very well trained and so helpful and friendly!" she reached for her bag that was a lot less empty from when she left the pawprint. "See! he helped me find a lot of snacks!"

She Jumped as the pink beblune rushed over and grabbed the newt, then took in the new info and gave a reassuring smile
"Hi! Cheston what a nice name, my name's Petunia" she gave a nod and a small giggle "oh there's no need to apologise!! Your newt was a ton of help!! he basically found me all these snacks! that I needed to find for everyone!"

[Kokiri] looked surprised at Petunia, “ wow Cheston must have really quickly trusted you he doesn’t just share his snacks with anyone.”

"Why thank you, I'm glad he didn't give you any trouble," Byrd replied as Ed dashed about between all his new friends. Shiva was less interested in the company, and flopped down at Byrd's feet.
"I'm glad we tracked y'all down," he added. "If you need any more help I'd be happy to tell the goofball here to bring back somethin' specific."
He raised his eyebrows at Kokiri's comment about Cheston. He seemed like a character.

[Kokiri] asked Petunia,”Cheston seemed to really enjoy helping out finding snacks mind if I help to?” Kokiri looked over at Byrd, “Do you wanna stay here as well?”

At Korikiri's comment Petunia sniffed and placed her flippers on her face "Aaaaaw, what a sweetie" She was touched to say the least, if she would cry about this later well that wasn't anyone's business.
!!! looking up as the Volgar owner spoke and then Korikiri, Petunia nodded quickly "Yes please!! i was a little lost at first trying to find snacks worthy of all the other bebs and with out your familiars I would definitely have a lot less with me now, especially your newt!! He's a real hunter"

Petunia was thankful for the offer to help shE needed it but ran off to quickly to ask anyone

[Byrd] nodded and gave Ed and Shiva the command to search for food. Excitedly they shrieked and dashed off, circling the group in search of food, going further with each pass.
"They'll bring back more meat than anythin' else, 'specially if they find somethin' to hunt, but with the scent from your bag it should at least be useful." he explained. "They ain't so good at sniffin' down rocks." He flashed Petunia a grin and tipped his hat. "I guess that's where I come in." He set about pawing through the dirt and brush for edible stones. Foraging wasn't his forte, but these bebs seemed like good people so he wanted to help as much as he could.

[Byrd] was grateful for the extra hands, hoping it'd make up for the fact that he wasn't the best at this.
Now and then Ed and Shiva would trott back with something in their mouths, which they quickly learned to take to Petunia. Shiva dedicated herself to searching, but Ed frequently got distracted. The arrival of Folk and Morren was enough to make him forget about hunting to say hello. He hopped around their feet and squealed in greeting.

"Meat Should be good! Hope there aren't too many non meat eaters" Petunia was grateful for all the new help and was grinning each time the volgars came around with something new. She cooed at them each time and rewarded them with a pat on the head.

Petunia carried on scratching at the dirt looking for any real shiny rocks, there was something really pretty here and it seemed to glow a bit huh that was interesting... She picked up the stone? and felt it vibrate huh, she must be hallucinating, might be the energy of the events coursing through her, well it looked edible!
So Petunia placed the stone in her bag and looked up to see even more Bebs around, hold on when did they get here??? "oh well the more the merrier" she was grateful for the extra paws of help.

The next time the volgar returned to Petunia they seemed intrigued by something in her bag. Ed was curious while Shiva didn't seem to like whatever it was. Byrd assumed they just wanted something to eat and called both of them over for a treat, which placated both of them. He smiled at Petunia when their eyes met again.
"How're we doin' with the supplies?" he asked.

Huh i wonder what Shiva was worried about.. Petunia watched as the Volgar acted odd with her and returned to Byrd she grinned "We're doing great!! This bag is about to get real heavy with all the snacks :'D I hope it doesn't break"

[Cheston's] attention was pulled away from his rock and he began to stare directly at Petunia watching her curiously.

Petunia noticed Cheston watching her and grinned "hey buddy, do you want another snack?" she reached in to her bag and brought out a weird plain nugget, which might've been a popplen before and held it out to the newt.

[Cheston] laid his ears back looking worried as he shuffled towards Petunia. He stopped halfway seeming nervous to go forward towards Petunia

Petunia's smile dropped a little bit as the newt hesitated "What's the matter little guy" she squatted to get more on his level.

"Hm..." [Morren] quietly watched the two, to study their behaviour, probably to keep in mind the way they act next time he meets them. He also tilted his head a little bit, out of confusion.

[Cheston] shuffled back going to his nugget. He nudged his small shiny nugget towards Petunia seeming like he wanted to play.

[Morren's] heart skipped a beat as he watched Cheston and Petunia create a bond between eachother. "Aw..." he mumbled to himself, as he put a smile on his face.

As the Newt nudged the shiny nugget towards her, Petunia's smile picked back up and she stopped everything she was doing and sat right down chucking the shiny nugget back to Cheston to play with him.
