Loosing First Fangs

Within Pecora's pride it was a show of growth when a lion looses their first fangs. Often a sign of adulthood they were officially declared as an adult and would loose all privileges they had as a cub. This means they have to hunt for their own food, sleep on their own and start looking for mates. Pecora was the first of her siblings to loose her fangs. Excited, she was ready to explore adulthood and take flight. Straight away she started preparing to leave the pride as she no longer needed her parents permission. Keeping those fangs close to her on her travels she hoped they would bring her good luck on the adventure that lay ahead.
