Beach Episode

"Eyo Cakey!" echoed from the back of the street. Chiffon stopped walking and turned around, knowing that nickname could come from only one person. "Cakey!" Peyton almost stumbled over his own feet as he rushed towards her, making Chiffon giggle. As they stood in front of her, Chiffon greeted Peyton with a huge smile "Hi Peyton!" Peyton patted Chiffon's shoulder lovingly and continued. "So. Y'know. I was gonna go to that tiny beachy place we went to recently to practice some of my water manip. Wanna come with?" Chiffon's face lit up and she clapped in excitement. "Oooooo!! Yes yes. I'd love that!!" She hopped a little as she agreed. Peyton showed a slight bit of happiness. One that wasn't filled with confidence, just a gentle little hiccup in his face. A rare sight for many. "C'mon then! Lesgo!"

The two arrived at the beachy area and Chiffon instantly flopped down in the soft sand. Peyton, on the other hand, decided to take off his shirt and instantly dove in the water, making quite the splash. "EEK!" Chiffon shrieked from the flying droplets but instantly started clapping when she saw Peyton had caught them, mid air. "YAY Peyton!" He looked at the sweet girl and smirked a bit, letting the water slowly come his way. Their tail swiftly moved along with the movements of their body and Peyton decided to do a little carrousel trick to entertain his company. Chiffon instantly realized what he was doing and yelled "OOOOO!! A NEW TRICK!!" The shark boy enjoyed her bubbliness and replied with a boosted "You got it right, Cakey! I practiced it a bit extra for you, cuz I knew you'd like it." Chiffon blushed "For me??" "Of course! I need to pamper my sis, right?" was replied back as Peyton still made the water dance in a playful circle. "Sis? Me?" The girl looked at Peyton and he slowly dropped the water carrousel as he walked back. "Y'know. Not biologically, of course. But you do feel like a sister to me." The water forcefully dripped off of the boy as he shrugged sweetly. "YAY! I like you too, Peyton!" She quickly stood up. It wasn't really the response he expected to get, but he took it wholeheartedly. "C'mere you!" Peyton stood in front of Chiffon, looking her in the eyes. They pulled the puff of happiness towards them and gave her a hug. "Yep. You're my sis from now on." and hiccuped a little when he felt he was being hugged back.
