tether/park ranger - someone who is assigned to a sector to protect it. 

stargem/stardrop - a gem granted to a x that gives great power. each stargem is assigned to those deemed worthy of protecting their sector. located somewhere on the body of the tether, whether hidden or showed off.

sector - a large area a tether protects. while each region transitions to another, there is always something unique about each sector.
