It could probs happen after the most recent pass of information fell about the whole how coma could’ve happened theories etc etc eck
Her giving stressed vibes at home isn’t a new thing but it’s p heavy for a minute.
Just pulling Aiko aside probably before they go to bed like “Are you worried. About any of this?? The whole rebel stuff. It can’t be just me right.”

Aiko tilts her head "Worried about what part? I do feel bad for those poor coma patients, I hope they're okay!"

“I’m not sure- I. I just didn’t think that walking into this I’d need to be scared about stuff like the water supply we have access to. The two people I talked to here besides a greeting here are in comas and it just feels like one giant bad omen that...that maybe we shouldn’t be here.” She’s sounding increasingly more stressed. “And the longer we’re gone the more Mother will get angry. If I don’t have a written grave I will soon- we will.”

“I. I don’t know. Home?? At this rate I’d most likely be handed off to my engagement if..if he still wanted that even.” She looked like she was ready to cry. “There’s no good options. Of course there isn’t. It’s just scary being here.”

“Why do people keep asking me that!” She covers her face with her hands when she realized she was yelling. “Exciting and terrifying can exist on the same line. One of those is very much a stronger emotion than the other.”

“Which. Which is why I say if we got back quick enough maybe they could just assume it was some freak accident. The more time that passes the less chance that excuse has at passing.” Stressed noises. “This is terrible. Who do I think I am to be able to lie to them. I can’t keep a secret for the life of me..”
