Pacapillar Secret Santa

Pillows are huddled up together, as blankets cover them, making up a comfy fort.

There was warm, newly made drinks. And newly baked treats, laid out on a plate.

The paca sat in his pillow fort, snuggled into blankets.

It was late at night, a day before the new years.

New year, new him...

Or, well, he didn't actually plan for that; It was just exciting for another year.

The year was a bit bumpy, that's for sure- but there was a lot of positives, too.

And he was happy for them. It was great to have memories like this- bad or good.

Along with that; he hopes next year will be even better.

The idea of it brings a lot of ideas to him.

New friends, new openings, what could lay ahead of him in the new year?

It was exciting! But... it was also scary.

What could change for the worst? Everything can change in an instant...

But, he won't let those negative thoughts take over. He's happy about all this!

He nuzzles into his pillow fort, daydreaming about what's to come.

Inconveniently for him, it collapses onto him.

The poor paca squeaks, as the pillows bury him.

How unexpected... But, not an issue for him!

He wiggles out of the pillow fort, looking over it.

Time to make it better!

What if he made it a castle? That would be fun!

Or... hm...

There could be many other things he could make, but... He's not sure what.

Wait, what if he built something bigger outside?

It was snowing after all, he could make a snowman!

And that is exactly what he's going to do.

He rushes outside, grabbing a scarf as he does.

The snow gently lands onto him, as he looks up and watches the snowflakes.

It was beautiful.

The night sky and it's stars... shining as the snow falls.

He puts a nub down into the snow, then jumps out.

Quickly he starts rolling up snow for a snowman, the first one...

The biggest one!

Now... The torso...

Rolling... Be careful...

He tries his best to place it on top of the first ball.

Despite what you'd think... It wasn't easy for him- the head won't be easy either.

But, he starts making the head- quickly finishing and placing it onto the snowman.

Now... He must decorate!

He runs back inside, trying to find the best things to decorate with.

He finds carrots, marshmallows, a hat...

And a spare scarf!

Running back outside, he puts the carrot into the snowman- and the marshmallows as the eyes.

He wraps the scarf around the snowman's neck, happily placing the top hat onto their head.

His new little snowman friend! He'll hang out with him more in the morning.

With that, he goes back into his nest, rebuilding his pillow fort, and cuddling into it.

What a nice, relaxing day... And a cozy night.

A happy day, a happy paca, and a happy world!

What could go wrong next year?
