Huzzah, the day has arrived! Biinkaizi was here, and plotties all over town were waking up to gifts galore left behind by the Holy Saigi. Hania was woken up by Hanau, the tiny seedling eagerly awaiting to see what the Holy Saigi had brought them this year. Not wasting any time, Hania made her way out of bed and to the living room.

Klip was already in the living room with Sirius, giving the new sprout a feed. Hanau raced to Klip's side and clung to his hip, asking where their present was. Klip chuckled, and pointed to a well wrapped package sitting across the room. With a gasp and a hop, Hanau ran across the room and began tearing at the wrapping. Out from the package came... a watering can?

A wide grin grew on Hanau's face. "No way, a water can!! Now I can help out daddy on the farm!" They held the can above their head in triumph. An odd gift to someone on the outside, but Hania knew how much Hanau loved to help out on the farm, spending all day following Dau around. They hugged the can and turned to Hania, asking if they could paint it later. She nodded and said after lunch, they could spend the rest of the day painting it whatever color they wanted. This made Hanau giddy with excitement.

She turned to Klip, holding a sleeping Sirius in his arms. "What did you get?" He smiled and pointed towards a large box sitting in the corner.

"That, apparently. I was waiting for you to get up to help me unwrap it. Sirius got something a uh, little more special." An exasperated look came over his face.

*" 'Special'?"* She asked. But before he could answer, a quiet little trill came from the kitchen. When she turned to look, an unknown face peeked out from the edge of the doorway.

Hanau loudly gasped, "A hojita!!" The sudden loud noise scared the little creature and it ducked back into the kitchen. Hanau ran after it, chasing it around the house trying to catch it.

Klip chuckled, "I know, I was surprised too when it popped out of the box. But I'm sure Myo would like having a new friend to play with, wouldn't ya bud?" The sleepy hojita purred from it's bed in the corner, acknowledging its name and nothing else.

Hanau came out of the hallway holding the new hojita in their arms. "Can the baby hojita sleep in my room? I wanna make them a fancy twig crown!"

"No no, Hanau. That's Sirius' new pet. It needs to stay in their room to keep them safe from all the monsters." Hanau grumbled, but admitted defeat and let the hojita go. As Klip was introducing Sirius to their new friend, Hanau spoke up.

"Where's mommy's gift? I don't see any other packages around here." Hania glanced around and agreed, she hadn't seen anything else out of place just yet.

"Hmmm, good question, Hanau. If there's no present inside the house, where else do you think it could be?"

Hanau thought for a moment, and then blurted out, "It could be outside!"

"Good job! How about you go and look for it for maman?"

"Okay!" They quickly ran outside, giggling all the way. Hania smiled and left them to it, instead going to sit next to Klip and Sirius for a moment. It wasn't long before Hanau was shouting from the backyard saying they found something. With her sprout in one arm and her husband in the other, they made their way to where Hanau was yelling for them, jumping up and down as they pointed at a giant box sitting in the middle of the yard.

"Maman look! Look how *big* this is!" They ran around the box, inspecting it as they went. "I wonder what's inside? Is it a slide? A new dino plushie? Oh, is it a *bigger hojita*??"

"Well don't just talk about it, help your maman open it up!" Hanau and Hania made quick work of the wrapping, pulling all the strings loose and unveiling the bright, shiny new toy underneath.

Hanau was confused. "It's... A bike? What's so great about a bike?"

Hania gasped. In front of her was a bike, but not just any old bike. It was a specially made tandem bike, with two seats and a large basket in front. Attached behind the back wheel was a rather spacious cloth trailer, with enough room to fit two small plotties. "It's perfect." she whispered. Hania always loved going for walks with her family, but with Klip's poor legs and Sirius' small size, they weren't able to go out as much as she wanted to. Now with this? She could easily take them all over the kingdom without ever breaking a sweat.

Hanau pulled at his mother's leg, "Do you like it, maman?"

"I love it, little one," she ran her hand through their hair, "How about this? Why don't we have an early lunch, and then we can bike over to your father's so you can show him your new gift, how does that sound?"

Hanau jumped in excitement, "Yes! That sounds great! Can we do it, can we?"

"Of course! Now go inside and help Klip get started on lunch, I'll call Dau and tell him we're coming to visit."

"Yaaay!" Hanau ran up to Klip and pulled them inside to make lunch, Hania laughing behind them. After a quick meal and a fast change, the four of them were soon off on their next adventure.
