Sylvie is a strong headed, tough individual. She is hardworking and believes you should always try your best. Her motto is 'Learn from your mistakes and failures' as she believes those are what will form an individual. She is very disciplined and respectful. She does not have a softspot for children, but instead a degree of expectation and potential for them. She takes pride in raising healthy, well behaved children who will live to be something. She always believes each child born into this world has potential.

Background: 

Sylvie is an adult lefiká living within Foes District, Wyndgale. She has worked as a mateam for 142 years(since 2688 C.A). Before she was a mateam she worked as a child protective service agent. She enjoyed the job, but was getting tired of seeing each situation over and over again. She also did not like it was case by case as it did not give her a scheduled payment. As time passed she found a new job and begun working under another mateam. After years of work, she eventually took over as the lead mateam. 

Sylvie was raised in Tucruitora, but would bounce between major cities with her past job. She enjoyed meeting diffrent people and tasting the large variety of food diffrent cultures offered. Sylvie took all this and used it within her orphanage. She teaches other mateams recipes, basic history, and tips to handling diffrent species. In return, she asks for nothing but their respect and hard work. She strives to keep her orphanage in tip-top shape with excellent, well trained mateams working with her.

The mateam she use to work under was an older gryphon who lived in Wyndgale, Foes District. She lived at the orphanage there with other mateams and continued living there, which is why she now resides in Foes District.
