terms of service
Please read through the terms carefully (some parts are still a wip).
These terms were last updated May, 3rd, 2021.
My adopts
- Do not trace or steal my adopts/designs, and do not claim my art as yours.
- If you win any bids/offers/whatever, please send any currency payment within 24 hours. The longest I'll wait is 48 hours before I reopen the adopt/give it to the second highest bidder.
- If art is offered to me for an adopt, you must finish it within one month. If it's not done in one month, I will cancel the sale and refund what coins were sent.
- After I receive payment, I'll pm you an unwatermarked version of the adopt. No refunds once I’ve sent that to you.
- Once you own the adopt, remember to credit me as the creator of the design/drawing.
- Redesigns/change in species are allowed. Just be sure to still credit me and keep the character recognizable.
- You must have the adopt for a month before you resell them. Do not resell the adopt for any price higher than what you paid for it. You can only resell it for a higher price if the adopt has extra art.
- If you're reselling one of my adopts off-site, make sure to send me a link to the new owner.
Commissions
- Do not trace, steal, or claim my art as yours.
- Please don’t rush me, or nag at me about finishing your commission. I have a life of my own and drawing takes a lot out of me, but I can assure you that the commission will be completed as soon as possible. That said, I am allowed to deny or cease providing my services for any legitimate reason. I will have open communication at all points during the process, so please don’t be afraid to ask questions if you need to!
- I will only draw human and humanoid characters. Complex designs are off the table too, but if you’re unsure, just ask.
- Please have an image of the character. I will not take just a description. Multiple would be great but one or two is good enough.
- First pay, first serve. Please be able to pay the entire amount upfront, but DO NOT pay me until I give you the okay to do so. A full refund will only be given if you ask for one before I begin working. Otherwise, a reduced amount will be determined based on how much of the commission has been completed up until that point, and you will likewise receive whatever work has been finished so far. I will also refund the money if, for whatever reason, I am unable to complete the item you have purchased.
- Remember to credit me, and if you wish for your commission to not be shared publicly in one of my posts, please let me know!
- If you have any ideas that could help me improve my shop, share them! I also gladly accept any reviews, comments, or critiques you have about my commissions.
