rules / terms of service
art
- my art is not to be used for commercialization, redistribution, and profitting off of without my consent.
- personal use (such as printing for a poster in your home or as an avatar) is allowed as long as i am notified and no profit is being made from such usage.
- my art may be posted on other websites only with prior consent and linking to my socials.
- do not claim any art as your own work or someone else's other than myself.
- do not use my art to create bases, or remove my signature from any of my work.
- you may use my art as a reference, but do not draw an exact replica of my work. ask for permission to post prior to actually posting.
- credit for referencing by linking my socials is required.
- do not delete my art off of a character without prior consent. ask me before the act has been done.
designs
- do not sell them for more than you originally received them for.
- if you, the buyer, have commissioned more art for the design, you may add the price of the pieces to the selling price.
- do not claim my designs as your own!
- in order to use one of my designs, there is a 100% commercialization fee. (i.e. 10 usd design + 10 usd commercialization fee = 20 usd paid total)
- editing a design is allowed within reason (ex. the outfit is not your style / too complicated to draw)
- if major edits are made to a design, note that there is an outdated and an updated reference.
- do not delete a design off of TH without my prior consent.
- do not delete references i have drawn for the character without my prior consent.
trading / freebies
- read all of the attached conditions when conducting trades.
- you may not sell freebies or sell designs traded for unless allowed by the original designer or if you commissioned artwork for said design.
- mention the word
"grandeur" (june 11, 2023 @ 8:26 est)"personable" (october 29th, 2023 @ 5:18 est) so i know you have read my terms and conditions. this is required for claiming a freebie. - by accepting the character transfer request, you agree to abide by these terms.
