It was almost dark and a small silhouette was walking on a pebble made path toward a small cottage house decorated with red and flame looking flowers. After the day weird day Peony spent with Asami, the black sushidog went home thinking about what had happened. Out of nowhere, a delicate pink flower appeared on Peony friend's head. Peony remembered liking the flower fields in the distance and thinking about getting some to decorate her home, but the fact that one of them appeared on Asami's head disrupted her. Deciding to deal with this weird story the following day, Peony jumped on her bed and sigh of relief. Her paws were hurting her from all the miles she had walked and had been waiting for this moment all day long. Glancing at the moon and starry night sky through her window, Peony fell asleep thinking about this crazy day.

Today isn't the prettiest day of the week, thought Peony when she woke up and stared at the rain through her window. It was heavily raining and clouds were slipping through the sky so quickly that it seems like a never ending storming, raging sea. The black sushidog sighed of despair and laid her head on the window ledge, her mood slightly turning as gray as the sky right now. Suddently, someone knock at the front door. Surprised by who would overcome the storm outside to visit her, Peony jumps on the ground and rush to the wooden door. Opening as fast as possible to keep the sushidogs outside from waiting under the rain, Peony is even more surprised at the person standing in front of her. Onigiri steps in the house without Peony saying anything and brush the water off his pelt, having take off his little raincoat first.

"- Hi Peony! I heard some stories about you and thought I had to visit you."

Peony closed the door and stared at the white sushidog. What could other sushidogs tell him about her?

"- Hi Onigiri, I'm sorry you had to came here under such rain! I wish I knew you would come today, I would have prepared something for you.

- Oh don't worry dear! Now, I heard Asami saying you did some.. magic, yesterday?"

Peony blushed a bit, ashamed that she didn't thought about magic being the reason of this flower appearing on Asami's head the previous day.

"- I guess we can call it like that! I made a flower appears on Asami's head, I got really confused about how it came here. We both were.

- I'm convinced it's your magic starting to wake up, it's time for you to learn more about it. From what you said, it sounds like creation magic! I have a friend that could help you to learn how to control it."

Sitting next to his raincoat, Onigiri got a small envelope out of one of the pockets. Handing it to Peony to read it, he gets back up on his paws and put the raincoat back on.

"- I have to leave before the weather get any worst, you'll find every informations and instructions you need on this letter! As well as the name of my friend, who will become your mentor.

- H-How am I supposed to find them?

- It's written in the letter dear! Now I have to go, see you later. And good luck!"

Onigiri walks back outside under the pouring rain, leaving Peony astonished in the door frame.

Peony read the letter and tried to remember if she already met the sushidog mentionned in the text. The instructions were a little hard to understand, especially from a non-magic user sushidog, even if they were written with simple words. Peony didn't knew any sushidog named Ryder, or at least she didn't remembered them. The rain had stopped and the sun was shyly hiding the bright clouds, the wind had also stopped storming outside. Determined to learn more about her magic, named "creation magic", Peony decided to leave her house and go at the village to find the elder called Ryder.

The path to the village wasn't long and the black sushidog got there quickly, her letter in a small bag attached on her shoulder. Looking around her, Peony saw some of her friends wandering near the open shops. Walking toward the nearest, she started asking for informations about this Ryder she didn't knew about. Only a few minutes later, she got told where he lived and how to find him. Following an old road suggested by vendors, Peony ended up in front of a small house with a big backyard. There was some sport and fitness equipments such as ladder and cut trunks parkour. A tall, red sushidog wearing a blue leather jacket was sitting on the porch of the house, staring straight at Peony. The black sushidog quickly walked toward the house, excited to know more about magic. Once she was only a few steps away from the porch, Ryder stood up and started talking to her.

"- Hi kiddo, did you got lost? What are you doing here?

- O-Oh Onigiri told me to come see you to learn more about creation magic. He told me you could train me."

Ryder glanced at Peony head to paws, probably judging her magic ability.

"- What did you created yet?

- I created a flower. On a friend's head.

- Hm, not that bad. Follow me."

Ryder jumped on the ground from the porch and walked firmly toward the training area.

Peony was surprised that the old man knew so much about creation magic. He was full of recourses and knew many funny stories to cheer up the black sushidog when she failed an exercise. Training was mainly mental, even if Ryder forced Peony to do some physical exercises too. Thinking and focusing on a single shape, colour and object was a hard task for Peony.

"- Alright.. Try to clear your head. This time you'll try to create an apple, okay? Round, red and small. Should be easy.

- Okay, I'll try again.."

Trying her best to visualise the said apple, Peony managed to make it appears. It was really round and more of a brownish-red than a pretty red colour, but she trully was happy that the training was doing well. Maybe she would become a brilliant magic user one day.
