Pecora's opinion on rules

Pecora strongly believes that rules are put in place for a reason. If she sees any being broken she reports it straight to the higher members who would deal with it privately. Nothing can be forgiven, if they are she takes it as a personal attack against her and the rest of the pride. They were put in place for one reason, their safety. Being one of the founding members she was there during the decision of said rules, she knows how long and hard Xia worked to make sure they were perfect.

Of course this all goes out the window if it's her brother we are talking about though.
