VERONICA BROWN HAS BEEN FOUND GUILTY.
TIME FOR HER EXECUTION!!
TRIAL BY HEAT, BUBBLING INK, THE FIRST EXECUTION.
The floor opens up under the guilty reporter and she falls in. In, that is, to a clear vat full of ink. a vat that raises slowly . It's cold, cold as ice. Veronica isn't visible, except when her hand presses against the glass side of the container. A thud signifies the point at which the top closes, and the girl's fate is sealed in stone. Odio presses a button. A button which does... nothing at first. Or at least nothing clear. Veronica's face surfaces at the top of the ink a couple times, coughing, spluttering, struggling to keep herself afloat and always dipping back under at the last minute. Every once in a while her body is pressed against one of the sides of the container as she thrashes, attempting to get free, and just- failing. There's no way out. And then the ink is boiling. Bubbling and boiling, the heat getting worse- and worse- and worse- Unbearable. And then there's a point where Veronica stops hitting the sides of the container. The body sinks to the bottom of the container. And the container sinks into the ground.
VERONICA IS DEAD!
