Bee's Felis Legends Headcannons

The ocean territories as the name suggests are in the (insert name of oceans). This is a network due to the issue of having no strict territory borders, the largest clan, Coveclan resides closer to land halfway living on it. They are often hosting the other clans when debates or disputes are happening to resolved them.  This gives the leader of Coveclan the title Sea King and is the final vote for votes.

Ocean territories can be in water or on the islands.

Rank Explained-
Sea King: The head of all leaders and peacemaker between the ocean clans. Requirement largest and have the most power.  
Leaders: Vasals to the sea king (meaning they provide resources to the king). Leads their own clan.

Deputy/Advisors: This rank is the right hand and left hand of the leader. They generally have the scholar or the general skill set sometimes a blending of the two.

Medicine/Herbalists: This is generally a traveling rank in the ocean clans. They generally share medicine cats meaning each clan has taught at least one medicine cat but they may travel or work with other med cats to assist the clans/tribes.
Prophets: This is the rank that connects the clans to their gods and goddesses. This rank generally worships and spreads the word of the sea gods. This rank also travels between the clans.
