The functionality of this form is still a mystery to me, so I hardly use it. Anyway!

Tarlikkia is my fictional world, which I gradually supplement with information and species.

The species that are here is open! You can create yourself a Tarlikkian or Tarlikkota and enjoy them.
I only ask you not to violate lore, the rules of the world and their nature.

Why?
Because I gave a description of their appearance, activities and life, not for you to use them as default dudes.
If you want a default harpy, birdman or sphinx with modern details without any lore - just create it for yourself, and don't call it a Tarlikkian or Tarlikkota.
