Gekklings are an adaptive species that were genetically made in a lab by an unknown alien species. 

Today they are an advance species with knowledge beyond human intelligence.

Gekklings have a shell that covers their inner head. The inner head is soft and squishy so their shell protects their inner head.

Gekkling chompers are used for several things. Plain chompers could be used for cracking open clams for pearls, 

underbite fangs are used for hunting prey under the sand and saber tooth fangs are perfect for piercing fish.

Gekklings use their tongue to keep their eyes moist when they aren't in water and they also use their tongue to clean their eyes.

Gekklings use their cheek pads to communicate to others. Puffing their cheeks out with a round 

shape shows affection and puffing their cheeks out into a point shows aggression.

Gekklings commonly have hands like a gecko but they can also have shovel like claws instead. 

Shovel claws are mostly used for digging for prey under the sand.

Their palms can be colored to resemble a paw pad but they can also have no colored palms too.

Gekklings have gecko tails. Gekklings use their tails as fat and energy storage, which means that the thicker their tail is the more energy they have stored

An adult Gekkling with a plumb tail can survive without food for months by using the energy it has stored in its tail.
