General
1. Always link the Masterlist from your Dreamy/MYO link when submitting them for offers.
2. Don't forget to tell the admin about updating the property on the Masterlist/MYO link after transferring it to someone else.
3. MYOs Slots/Official Adoptions will never be refunded, all sales are final. Once purchased, it can be traded, given away, or sold.
4. Do not transfer premades/MYOs slots to blacklisted users.
5. If a blacklisted user refuses to transfer ownership of a design/myo in their possession, it will be canceled until an unrelated, non-blacklisted user owns it.
6. Staff have the right to cancel the character/slot if the new owner is suspected (friends of blacklisted users, for example).
7. Co-ownership is not allowed, we do this in order to avoid problems.
8. All designs related to a Dreamy must be owned by the same person.
9. No redesign, alternative way, etc. can be separated from the Dreamy Doormat.
10. It is forbidden to convert the MYO acquired by an OC character. If you wish to remove your Dreamy from the species, notify the original designer. If the change is accepted, you will be charged an amount to make the transfer.
Sale
1. Premade designs can be sold for the price of the original space + the price of all commissioned art (proof must be presented to staff that the art was actually commissioned before selling)
2. Vouchers, gift cards and the like are considered money.
3. Art that has no monetary value cannot be added to the resale price. Some examples are giveaways, art exchanges, and any free art in general.
4.If it is sold for the full price the character is worth, you cannot get add-ons (example: it is sold for the full price + art).
Trade/exchange
1.In exchanges, the following can be accepted: Art, Designs, Customs, Scriptures, Physical Crafts, etc.Depending on what the seller/dealer describes, as long as it does not exceed the limit it obtains its original price/it is illegal.
Myo Slots
1. Always link your Masterlist / MYO link when offering / putting it up for offers.
2. If you bought your myo slot for money, you can resell it for the original price, if you bought it through art or traded, it can only be traded back or gifted
3. MYO acquired through raffles, events, etc. They can only be gifted or exchanged.
Extra:
1. Dreamys Doormats / MYOs slots and Customs cannot be auctioned.
2. If the character has redesigns/alternate forms, they must be kept together and owned by the same person.
3. The Staff will not assume any responsibility for failed transactions, sales, etc., as well as for scams and others.(The most we can do is publicly ban and blacklist such users.)
4. Be careful who you do business with, always check users' characters and MYOs slots to see if they are legal.

General
1. Siempre vincule la Masterlist de su Dreamy / MYO link cuando los presente para ofertas.
2. No olvide avisar a la administración sobre la actualización de la propiedad en la Masterlist/Myo link después de transferirlo a alguien más.
3. Los MYOs Slots/ las adopciones oficiales nunca se reembolsarán, todas las ventas son finales. Una vez comprado, se puede intercambiar, regalar o vender.
4. No transfiera premades / MYOs slots a usuarios en la lista negra.
5. Si un usuario en la lista negra se niega a transferir la propiedad de un diseño/MYO en su poder, se anulará hasta que un usuario no relacionado y que no esté en la lista negra sea el propietario.
6. El personal tiene derecho a anular el personaje/espacio si se sospecha de el nuevo propietario (amigos de usuarios en la lista negra, por ejemplo).
7. No se permite la copropiedad, esto lo hacemos con la finalidad de evitar problemas.
8. Todos los diseños relacionados con un Dreamy deben ser propiedad de la misma persona.
9. Ningún rediseño, forma alternativa, etc. puede separarse del Dreamy Doormat.
10. Está prohibido convertir el MYO adquirido por un personaje OC. Si desea que su Dreamy deje de formar parte de la especie, avisar al diseñador original. En caso de ser aceptado el cambio, se le cobrará un monto para hacer la transferencia.
Venta
1. Los diseños prefabricados se pueden vender por el precio del espacio original + el precio de todo el arte comisionado (se debe presentar pruebas al staff de que el arte realmente fue comisionado antes de venderlo)
2. Los vales, tarjetas de regalo y similares se consideran dinero.
3. El arte que no tiene valor monetario no se puede agregar al precio de reventa . Algunos ejemplos son los obsequios, los intercambios de arte y cualquier arte gratuito en general.
4.Si se vende por el precio total que vale el personaje, no puedes obtener complementos (ejemplo: se vende por el precio total + arte).
Comercio/ intercambio
1.En intercambios, se pueden aceptar lo siguiente: Arte, Diseños, Costumbres, Escrituras, Artesanía Física, etc.
Según lo que describa el vendedor/comerciador, mientras éste no pase del límite que obtiene su precio original/sea ilegal.
Tragamonedas Myo
1. Siempre vincule el link de su Masterlist/ MYO link al ofrecerlo / ponerlo para ofertas.
2. Si compraste tu tragamonedas MYO por dinero, puedes volver a venderlo por el precio original, en caso de haberlo comprado mediante arte o intercambiado, solo se puede volver a intercambiar o regalar
3. Los MYO adquiridos a través de sorteos, eventos, etc. solo se pueden regalar o intercambiar.
Extra:
1. Los Dreamys Doormats / MYOs slots y Customs no se pueden subastar.
2. Si el personaje tiene rediseños/formas alternativas, deben mantenerse juntos y ser propiedad de la misma persona.
3. El Staff no asumirá ninguna responsabilidad por transacciones fallidas, ventas, etc., así como por estafas y demás.
(Lo máximo que podemos hacer es prohibir y poner en lista negra públicamente a dichos usuarios.)
4. Tenga cuidado con quién hace negocios, siempre verifique los personajes y MYOs slots de los usuarios para ver si son legales.
