Whatever happened to Charlie Emily?
Aftonsucks87 is a collaborative, interactive retelling/AU of the Five Nights at Freddy's series by Scott Cawthon*. Events as we tell them are largely inspired by the games, but some liberties may be taken for narrative purposes.

The Setting
Tempest
Tempest is a small, cozy town not too far away from the Allegheny Mountains in central West Virginia. The locals aren't much for excitement; the community is small and close-knit. Most people who come enjoy the scenery, but a majority of tourists never stay long. Most of them come for the town's famous family restaraunt and then go on their way. The same can't be said for the locals. There's a saying in this town: once you set roots in Tempest, no storm can blow you away.
Freddy Fazbear's Pizza
Established in 1979. In more recent years, there's been a bit of traffic brought into town by the popular family restaurant, Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. With a friendly and colorful cast, as well as surprisingly effective marketing, Freddy's is something of a household name. Privately, most locals prefer the establishment's predecessor, but most also avoid mentioning it by name by this point.
Fredbear's Family Diner
Etablished in 1977. Fredbear's was always more of a local haunt than a tourist attraction. Although it featured technological wonders, it retained the homey, comfortable charm that made residents feel at home. However, ever since the sudden disappearance of the founder's daughter, the restaurant has lost some of its warmth.
