It’s been a while, mostly due to me both working and studying - not a lot of time left over for managing a group or organizing anything suffice to say. I’d also been holding off due to awaiting a custom base, which I love the results of <3 anyway, I still have some things to tweak and I would like to get comfortable here before adding a Discord into the mix which I hope won’t bother anyone ;;;

By January, I should be done with the university course I’m taking and should therefore be a bit more free - things to come are an official mascot design + a free MYO startup event, along with some more general species information and lore.

1. Do not trace or edit anyone else’s art 

2. Your Night Light cannot be based on a copyrighted character or an OC you do not own

2.1. Regarding copyrighted characters, loose inspiration is allowed but they cannot be designed in a way that copies them (refer to THs rules)

3. Designs and MYO slots are non-refundable 

4. MYOs can be designed by other people as long as you have a MYO slot 

5. Co-owning is not allowed 

6. Redesigning is allowed as long as the design is still recognizable. The original art cannot be edited. The original version of the design must be kept. When reselling/trading the original version will follow the new version. They cannot be separated.
7. No commercial use is allowed for any reason

1. You may resell/trade designs and MYOs depending on how you got them. When reselling, you cannot ask for a higher amount than you paid unless you’ve added extra art (gift/trade art etc. does not add value). You cannot resell if you received them through trade.

2. When reselling/trading please include a link to the Masterlist entry together with the design/slot

3. Please notify Cerestial upon resell/trade so the Masterlist can be updated 

4. Designs/Slots must be registered on the Masterlist in order to be eligible for resell/trade
