"Lunieves" do not own copyright nor the idea of 'space travelling kemonomimi species'.
While "Lunieves" are not copyrighted, you are not permitted to make your own without an official MYO slot. To see if you own a verified MYO slot, please check the masterlist at lunieves.
Characters and MYO-slots which have been bought via money cannot be resold for higher than the original price. If the character has commissioned art, a resale with the combined commisssion art prices is permitted.
FTO MYO-slots cannot be sold or traded.
Lunieves does not condone being 'minted' as Non-Fungible Token (NFTs). Failure to comply will result in blacklisting and legal action.
Blacklisted users are forbidden from owning Lunieves and participating in events. A Lunieve that has been traded or sold to a blacklisted user will automatically be voided from the masterlist.
Due to the nature of Non-Profit Species, a screenshot of the charity transaction has to be included when buying a MYO-slot. This screenshot has to show the date of transaction as well as the donated amount. Other informations can be blacked out.
Failure of complying with the T.O.S will result in automatic blacklisting and voiding of all associated MYO-slots and characters.

All Lunieves have a cooldown of one week after initial creation, trade, or sale to prevent design foddering.
The masterlist must be updated with every change in ownership and design. If a change has happened, please DM lunieves with the masterlist number and every change listed.
Redesigns must be approved either through the official Discord or by DMing lunieves with all changes listed. A maximum of 40% of the design can be changed at once.
Lunieves can be created from already existing non-canon OCs. Please refrain from creating a Lunieve based on copyrighted material.
All sales and trades of MYO tickets and Official adopts are final and cannot be refunded.
Whitewashing is prohibited and will be judged by a case-to-case basis.
You may be allowed to bypass the (re-)design guidelines given special permissions by the lunieves moderators and administrators.

To void a Lunieves, please message lunieves with the following informations:
- Title: Voiding Lunieve - [Username] [Masterlist Number]
- Body: Approval from original designer, Masterlist Link, Updated design
You can void a Lunieve by removing their core and ear view.
A Lunieve can only be reinstated by a new owner and cannot have a different rarity than the original.
Designs by blacklisted users cannot be reinstated, regardless of owner.
