Rules & Terms of Service

• You are not allowed to create a Sentius unless you have a valid MYO Invitation or explicit permissions from SidneyLaux. This includes family members, friends and offspring of existing Sentius. If the need arises in your story, please purchase an MYO invitation for each new Sentius character.
• 
  
  • You can get an MYO Invitation at the MYO Shop which will add a placeholder in the Masterlist Account.
• 
  
• Always credit the species creator SidneyLaux accordingly when posting work of your Sentius online.
• 
  
  
• Always credit SidneyLaux for the design of Adoptables or Customs. For Sentius obtained through trade or resell, always credit the original designer; if the Sentius was an MYO, credit the original person who first designed the MYO.
• 
  
  
• SidneyLaux reserves the right to save any and all artwork of Sentius for her personal collection. Please note references of all approved Sentius will also be stored in the Materlist Account.
• 
  
  
• Please tag SidneyLaux whenever a new image is uploaded for your Sentius, as it's wonderful to see how they are doing!
• 
  
  
• You may NOT use your Sentius for any commercial purposes. If you have questions regarding this, please send a message to SidneyLaux.
• 
  
  ↔️ TRANSFERRING OWNERSHIP:
  
  
• If you would like to VOID your character from the Sentius species, you are required to update the Masterlist Processing with a design that removes AT LEAST the iconic features of the species: the Wax Seal and the Letter Slot, if not other Overall traits as well.
• 
  
  
• Trades and resells are allowed, but it MUST be approved on the Masterlist account BEFORE the Trade/Resell occurs. Resells must be at equal value to the character or MYO purchase price. The only exception is if comissioned artwork of the character is included in the resell.
• 
  
  
• If you wish to trade or resell a Sentius, you are required to notify us first with Masterlist Processing and recieve approval once staff ensure the recipient is not on the internal blacklist.
• 
  
  🖌 DESIGN RULES:
  
  
• Do not change the design of the character to the point that it no longer looks like a Sentius. All Sentius MUST have all Overall traits of a Sentius to be valid.
• 
  
  
• Offensive tattoos in the Sentius' design are strictly prohibited. These include swears, slurs, otherwise offensive words, racist or otherwise offensive imagery. Similarly, usage of your Sentius design in offensive media such as comics, etc. is also strictly prohibited. Sentius are not allowed to be involved in works depicting shota/lolicon or other illegal NSFW content. If found to be guilty of any of these points, you will be blacklisted and barred from further participation with the species with NO possibility of being unbanned.

• If you make / upload NSFW work featuring your Sentius, please mature tag appropriately according to ToyHouse's guidelines and elsewhere. Failure to do so will result in being blacklisted and your Sentius will be removed from the Masterlist (and therefore will need to be voided).
• 
  
  
• DO NOT make a replica of an existing Sentius design, even outside of the Sentius species. If found to be plagiarizing another Sentius or other design, you will be blacklisted and all Sentius in your possession must be voided and will be removed from the Masterlist Account, or traded/resold to existing members or staff.
• 
  
  🛒 PURCHASING:
  
  
• All prices are in $USD. Payments will be done through Paypal as Goods & Services and must be completed within 24 hours. Otherwise, without prior notice of a delay, the sale will be cancelled.
• 
  
  
• If commenting to claim / offer for an adoptable, do not delete / edit / hide your comment. Doing so may result in being banned from offering/claiming in the future. If you change your mind, please reply to your own comment.
• 
  
  
• SidneyLaux reserves the right to refuse sales, MYO slots, or entry into the community to anyone. Empty accounts or those less than 6 months old will not be allowed to purchase an adopt or claim a MYO slot.
• 
  
  🧘 MEMBER EXPECTATIONS:
  
  
• Members are expected to treat each other with respect and make reasonable efforts to resolve disagreements in a civil manner. Do not solicit any member to sell or trade their Sentius UNLESS it is specifically listed as available. Do not pressure fellow members for art/rp/hcs or anything else. Any member earning 3 strikes for misconduct will be banned and blacklisted from the species.

• Do not engage in egregious misconduct towards members of this species community to spread spite, resentment or other negativity. Therefore, please note that those listed on previous CS blacklists are also not allowed to join MYO events or claim adopts/resells here. Attempts to dig up past drama regarding existing members will not be tolerated and will result in strikes or being blacklisted.

• With that said, if a conflict arises among members, please communicate civilly to work the issue out. If needed, please escalate issues to OkiRose or SidneyLaux.
